Domino's Pizza Kallangur — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I've probably spent a few thousand dollars over the years at domino's Kallangur but they lost a customer for life tonight. The manager whom I spoke to about my pizza that I paid $6 for extras didn't have much if any of those extras I paid for, this has happened too many times to count so this time I complained. The managers response was sorry $3 buys you 25gms of beef mince but he couldn't tell me how much that looked like because I was certain I didn't get my 25gms. Before when you complained they'd give you a free pizza. I run a business myself and it's worth keeping the 20% of customers who complain happy! Unless of course they have more than 20% of customers complain. I now accept that you get 1 teaspoon of each topping per pizza these days, eventhough it's pathetic but when you pay for extras you deserve to get extras. Well this Manager has lost my business for life over a tablespoon of mince. Whatever 25gms is, which he couldn't explain to me and his words were "what do you want me to do about it" I would have been happy with 2 tbs of beef which I'm sure is approximately 25gms. Not that I've ever noticed anyone ever weighing each topping before they add it 🤔 I hope that extra spoon of mince...

Our pizzas were disgusting, you wouldnt feed it to a dog ( bought on Sunday 1st Dec 2024) We spent 59.40 on the most disgusting meal ever, and we have been long term customers, and have never had a meal so bad as it was on Sunday ( Whoever your chefs and staff are on that Sunday they need pulled up big time!! ) . There was basically no chicken on the chicken pizza, bread was hard and burnt, the prawn pizza basically the same , chewy bread. Now looking at my bank statement, not only you have the cheek to serve this utter mess , you have over charged me. My paper receipt says $ 59.40 ( paid by eftpos In store and still have the receipt) , and yet they have put $ 60.24 ( yes just cents , but it is not the point) over to my bank. You have lost our custom big time. Very Highly not recommend them a at all! ( and that's about two decades of being customers with them, they have has gone downhill ...

I didn't want to do this but maybe with it being public it might actually sink in. 4th pizza that I have bought out of 5 orders (mainly Saturday nights) that I have asked for additional toppings and still haven't been supplied on the initial pick up. Starting to think that you that you guys don't read your reviews on your website.I have received 4 free pizza's after the screen outside your store displays it has gone through your quality check, and then have to wait again while the pizza is remade, I just want what i ordered. Maybe on the invoice/order slip you can put the additional toppings /remove toppings in a bigger font or just refund the amount for the additional toppings.
