Domino's Pizza Rothwell — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for many many years, I have put through an order for two pizzas and both of them were absolutely appalling in quality, we waited an hour which was more than 30 minutes after the LATEST estimated delivery time. One of the pizzas was a Double Beef and Onion and it was absolutely inedible, the meat, cheese and seasonings on it were disgustingly scarce but it was overloaded with onion at the same time including fat disgusting chunks AND onion husk. Next to no meat and cheese on it, just a mass of onion. The other pizza was a loaded pepperoni with extra cheese and the amount of cheese i received on it was arguably less than the amount on it without paying extra. We called up trying to be polite and explained that we were not only disappointed with the wait times but also the appalling quality of the pizzas we received after paying $45, and we were met with complete rejection instantly saying it wasn’t their fault and they can’t do anything, but as a loyal customer who has seen the regular quality of their food this goes beyond disappointment. I feel as though my family has been blatantly scammed and to then be dismissed so fast without any choice of compensation or a voucher, which they have always happily given out in the past with previous issues, i feel like i’ve let down my family who now are out sharing a pizza because of the abhorrent lack of quality. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get the charges reversed because I have been blatantly scammed with not receiving the services I paid for. See...

Placed order in store, staff member read back to me a completely different order. This was corrected. Then ordered churros and asked for them to be cooked well, not soggy or still frozen as they had been in the past. Pizza was cooked and placed in warmer because churros weren't ready. I then watched same staff member pack the churros by hand without tongs or gloves. Order was placed on counter where I reopened churros to find they were cold and soggy. I told another staff member and that I'd specifically asked for COOKED churros. This staff member offered to prepare more andit would only take 5 minutes. I replied if it only took 5 minutes they should have originally been ready with the pizza. Asked for money back and this was given. On inspecting pizza at home, a loaded supreme was topped only with ham, bacon, pineapple, cheese and a very sparse scattering of minced...

I was sitting at dominoes Mount gravtt one day, but I am from north side, by mistake I put the address of dominoes rothwell for my order as a default address,,as most of the times I order from here, then suddenly I check I have put the wrong address and call the Rothwell dominoes for cancellation, at that time they told me we have put pizzas in oven but still we can cancel your order and you will get the refund In 24 hours and now when I am calling for refund they are making different excuses to refund, atleast if there was no cancellation refund approved ,they should have call back at that time,so that one of my family member could collect that pizzas On that day,, on the same day I paid at Rothwell as well as mount gravatt again....really bad customer service and fake promises by dominoes...
