Domino's Pizza Strathpine — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I ordered few Pizzas, Garlic breads and can of soft drinks after my game at Strathpine Park. I didnt get my soft drink cans. I rang dominos store strathpine so they can maybe get another driver to drop it off ao we can enjoy pizza and soft drink together. They told me its another 20-30 mins. So i asked for refund.

Staff said they will refund me $20 for their mistake. Then i wasnt sure what to do and drove home which is 15kms from ground. I rang store again and spoke to manager he said he can either refund $20 or can put credit towards next order. I said i live atleast 15kms from your store. Either you can deliver order there or bring me money back here. He refused to do that. I understand his point.

So i drove to store and told front counter girl whole story. She was friendly and professional. Then Manager Aaron who i am sure spoke to regarding delivery issue came to counter. He said we offered to deliver again to you so he can only refund $10 which was value of cans. I said i spoke to manager regarding this and why would someone lie regarding this. Anyway i was so upset and took the refund of $10. As i was walking out Store manager Aaron mumbled something. I think this extremely unprofessional and zero customer service.

Good points are Pizza was yummy Delivery was on time Front counter girl was professional

If you expect customer service from manager then please...

Completely disappointed by the food and cleanliness at the Domino's Strathpine store!

I’ve visited this location several times, and every time they manage to disappoint me with their food! Surprisingly, the same menu items I’ve tried at other Domino's locations taste significantly better than at this store.

Here are a few issues with my most recent pizza from Domino's Strathpine:

They forgot to add the peri peri sauce on my Spicy Peppy Paneer pizza with Garlic Cheese Crust.

The vegetables didn’t seem fresh.

The amount of cheese in the crust was inadequate, unlike the same pizza I had at a different location.

The pizza wasn’t properly sliced—something that happens every time I order from this store.

I’m confident that the chefs or staff making pizzas here lack expertise.

Additionally, during most of my visits when I dined in, the tables were unclean, and the kitchen area didn’t seem hygienic either.

The only positive aspect of the Strathpine Domino's store is the customer service—the staff are always smiling and respectful.

I will never consider returning...

I ordered before 8pm and my order was delivered after 9pm. I requested change from $50 yet the team member who delivered it gave me $2 change as he didnt have enough change and i thought it would be to much of a hassle to make him ride back to the store and back to mine for $6. Not the point. He should have had the change. He was sweaty and not presented well. Although if i had to ride a bike id be unpresentable as well. We finally got our food well after 9pm to find out it was wrong. The loaded pepperoni was lacking pepperoni and was very burnt (i wouldnt feed it to my dog) the simply cheese with extra cheese and mushroom and bbq sauce was just a plain simply cheese, so entirely wrong. So we had to drive down to the store to get it sorted rather than waiting another hour or 2 to deliver it. The lady i spoke to did sort it out for the cprrect order but the pepperoni was still minimal. I honestly couldnt be bothered arguing or waiting longer to get it sorted a 3rd time so we just took it and went home. Even after telling them we were not given correct change they didnt offer to give us the correct amount. Very unsatisfactory and will not be using Strathpine...
