Rude, toxic and disrespectful.

It's ok to make mistakes, but when a customer goes into the store and attempts to fix the on-going problem, only to met with stubborn unhelpful staff then it's a different story.

When I tell them the issue they act as if I have done something wrong or I am lying. The last time, the staff member and the cook actually PRETENDED to fix the issue by placing the noodles back into the wok, moving them around and putting them back into the package, WITHOUT SAUCE AGAIN!

Last time, the staff member told me i was wrong and it must be all in the bottom. I explained that is not the case because it happens more often than not and to look for herself. Instead of apologising they act as if you have done wrong by them.

Pretending to fix an issue and not actually fix it is extremely toxic behaviour and I do not understand why your staff behaves this way.

This is the last time I will ever go back to your store. I tried talking to your staff but no-one cares so I the only way to fix it is to stop going...

I tried vegan meat (beef) Special Fried rice. It was completely vegan, yet it reminded me of the taste of original beef that I had in the past. I loved it!

The food could have been more spicy as per my request. Nevertheless, the taste of the vegan meat was close to the original meat, and the chef was a great guy with a smiling and welcoming face!

I would like to try the dish again.

Ambience is not good for dining in. Take away would be ideal. The quantity served was decent, but the prices are a bit expensive for the vegan dishes.

Tried a new dish a few days ago..A Mongolian flavoured fried rice and previously tried the Special Fried rice. There is nothing interesting to share about these dishes. Every time I had food it was a different chef from the first time. So, the food tasted nothing special. I believe the majority of the taste part relies on the chef who prepares the dish. Order via menulog tonight. Order details: 1 LARGE sweet and sour pork with steamed rice 1 LARGE special fried rice 2 spring rolls And pork buns. What was wrong with the order? EVERYTHING! The pork tasted like KFC chicken and the rice wasnt even cooked, the special fried rice was in a smaller dish then the sweet and sour pork. This struck me as odd because they were BOTH LARGE! The food tasted distgusting and never will we be returning. The special fried rice tasted like someone had opened a bag of salt and dumped it into it. If you want good quality noodle box go to Albany Creek. The staff are lovely and the food is amazing. The food at strathpine is so gross i wouldn't even feed it to me dog. I should also mentioned that they didn't even deliver it to us or bother to attempt to they gave it to our neighbour who had to walk down to our house and give it to us.
