Donut King Morayfield Kiosk 4 — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Went there yesterday to Morayfield plaza one. Wanted a lime milkshake ~ hadn’t had one in years. $7.50 was shocking. The lady who made it was old enough to understand what the difference is between a milkshake and a thick shake. But she didn’t care.. no! Upon handing it to me - she was watching as I attempted just a sip through the straw. Nothing was coming up. I tried so hard that my cheeks went in and I got pure thickness that tasted like FAKE ICECREAM! So sugary - not creamy! Then she goes.. “Ohh is that a bit too thick” and I replied “Yes I just want to drink it” and she goes.. wait for it.. “Ohhhh sorry I make them the way I like them” Does a little shrug and walks off to serve the next customer. Leaving my with my mouth wide open after the audacity of that comment. Get your act together! $7.50 for a milkshake I WANT A MILKSHAKE! THE WAY I LIKE IT. MILKY. I want my money back so bad. Threw that right in the bin. Also.. use real ice cream. That fake stuff is nasty. I’m sure you can afford...

We are regulars at donut king Morayfield, the donuts taste good but we always have to wait forever to get served. I have never seen a manager on duty. Today we waited as usual behind a half dozen others while the untidy young blonde girl behind the counter chatted to the young boy who seemed to be a trainee. When we did finally get served I asked for 6 hot cinnamon donuts. I was told “Its’ going To be a long wait hon ok” I looked over and there had to be 15 donuts sitting going cold at the machine. There was no explanation. No trying to keep me as a customer. Terrible service. I walked away. I think this place could be a gold mine with some decent staff who understand...

Dropped in for our second visit in two weeks and served by the same staff member with the same attitude today. No hi, hello, anything other than yelling at us there are only take away coffee's today. Ordered 2 coffee's and donut's, staff member automatically said seniors discount so we can't stamp card. No seniors card was produced and no discount was asked for by my 91 year old father. He had his card in his hand for stamping! The staff don't want to work with the public so find another job. I didn't make a scene at the counter but next...
