Sushi Gami — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I here been quite a few times buying just sushi and dim sums . My partner no longer eats here as he ate 2 times felt the sushi not fresh which put him off. Also I went for last time few days ago a lady with glasses who’s name is Lyn in the front desk who is really rude yelled and said to me pointing you go there in the line instead I was more than happy for her to serve the others but I was there first so I did not see any harm going to the cashier . Anyhow another thing you guys should be aware is when they take dim sums from the container she tends to put the lid on the desk direct on to the surface not the other way around !! I I did complain other time I noticed and said you need to get trained hygiene legislations. She did the same the other day I said to her I will not be coming back hello many more other shops around who respect our money . Bought from here thinking, no worries, didn't look super fresh but was willing to look past it. They must keep everything long enough to go old. Rice is overcooked gluggy, and the sushi is questionably close to expired, taste and all (no wonder people are getting food poisoning). Quite literally threw my 3 whole (overly priced) sushi rolls into the bin and ordered hungry jacks. I don't blame the staff as they're young, what're they gonna do, so management whats going on? If you're asking yourself why you don't get customers, it's not for lack of a want of sushi. Whether it's denial or complete obliviousness, I'm not sure, but you need to bring up the sushi quality, kept fresh then thrown out, not kept to go old, hoping it will sell. Hubby and I have been a customer since they opened their store but as of this afternoon, i dont think we will be going back anymore. They always open their store late and close early! Prices have doubled which is ridiculous and nobody is going to pay over $10 for a chicken curry. Their trading hours says they close at 5pm, hubby and I got to the store at 4pm and they're closed.
