If you are wanting a truly magnificent dinner then Olive on Gordon is the place to eat. We started our meal with shared entrees of Arancini - soft, light and delicate risotto balls with mozzarella, as well as Burrata (my all time favourite) - served with rocket and balsamic vinegar. Our main meals were Linguine Gamberi - with the tastiest prawns, zucchini and tomato, and Caserecce - the cream of capsicum with italian sausage was totally mouth watering. Were we tempted with dessert - hell yeh - Tiramisu - OMG, the freshest and tastiest way to end a meal. Popped in for a Sunday lunch and had a great experience. Friendly staff who were attentive to our needs.

Nice menu with a wide selection of both “all day breakfast” and traditional lunch offering.

We chose the chicken and pesto pasta as well as the prawn and tomato pasta. Both were cooked excellently and tasted delicious. We even decided to take home a dessert of carrot cake and almond croissant.

We had iced coffee, eggs on sourdough, fried chicken and waffles and an iced chocolate.

The iced chocolate was subtly delicious, not over powering or tasting cheap ❤️ Fried chicken and waffles was beyond delicious, the chilli honey dressing was nothing for someone who eats chilli but for the delicate tongue people I’d say a mild to medium.
