Le Spring Rolls Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Ordered a rare beef pho, which I’ve had from here many times before and would normally highly rate. However, my pho arrived tonight missing all of the condiments (been sprouts, chilli, lime and hoisin sauce). When I called the restaurant to request they please send me the missing items I was told ‘there’s nothing we can do’; apart from offering a 10% discount ‘next time you come in’. Sorry but there’s not going to be a next time, as I just paid $23 for one soup that was missing half of the important ingredients that make it a pho. This is not the first time this has happened but instead of saying nothing, I gave the restaurant an opportunity to fix a mistake and then they refused. Extremely disappointing that they would rather lose a customer than simply send the missing items. Especially as I told them this is not the first time they have done this and that I was so looking forward to enjoying my (expensive) soup tonight as I’ve been sick for two days and unable to eat. Little hole in the wall place that does some lovely traditional meals. Food is super fresh and yummy. It is a little weird that you have to get up and go to a separate table for condements and share plates though. Don't expect much visually with the restaurant, because it is more of a cafe. But, like I said...food is excellent, cooked and prepared fast and service is great. Definitely worth the visit (at least once). Mixed Entree, Pork Fried Rice, Sweet and Sour Pork...and Soft Shell Crab. All awesome...

I honestly don’t know how these guys got a 4.7 review. They’re not that good. I tried these guys out due to there reviews and I don’t think it matches. The food isn’t bad but it’s not amazing. I do however appreciate their service. I’d say these guys are abit more modern where I’d prefer authentic. They lack on sides that you’d usually get with certain dishes which was disappointing and kind of small portioning aswel. Not a bad place but definitely not amazing....
