Red Rooster Morayfield — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Ordered through drive through as delivery is always cold & missing items, young guy at the window was very lovely & friendly, repeated what I had ordered when he handed it to me, & everything was right. However when we got home noticed all our large chips were literally only half full not good enough, if we order large chips & pay for large chips, you fill it up or dont charge more then a small chips.

ADD - 28/7 Tried Red rooster again lastnight & of course it was even worse this is a Chili & Aoli Baguette & regular chicken sub, & what I received, 2 little chicken fingers, bearly any sauce on the chilli & aoli one & sauce missing on the regular chicken sub. This is the pathetic meal we received tonight these were $13 each delivered. Im waiting on a reply...

Had the unfortunate experience of coming through your drive through last night to order a rippa roll and flavour roll and large chips, after a 10 minute wait for our meal the chips were so old and cold we came back through to have them changed over for a fresh batch, after another long wait we discovered that all your staff did was empty out a small amount out of the original box and fill it with a very small amount of fresher chips. How hard is it to complete a simple task. Have some pride in your work and yourselves because that was embarrassing to you and your branch I can understand all the 1 star reviews now. We came into your restaurant to order dinner we waited for over 15/20 minutes. All the staff that were on tonight were to busy arguing with each other over who was meant to be out the front and who was meant to be out the back. We have just gotten home to sit down to eat dinner and have opened our dinner up to this. Absolutely appalling and an absolute joke. The pictures clearly speak for themselves.

I have rang multiple times to discuss this but there has been no answer from your end. Will definitely not be recommending this Red...
