This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. The guy who served me had no clue what he was doing and was painfully slow. So slow in fact I had numerous people come in after me that had been and gone and I was still at the toasted section of my roll. He put on four pieces of ham on my foot long and I told him it had eight peices, he was adamant that it only had four, the other worker standing right beside him didn't bother to say anything untill I asked him how many pieces of ham on a foot long and of course he said eight, now the young man serving me laughed and explained he had no idea and had been serving everyone four pieces on their footlongs subs ( another subway I ordered was steak which couldn't be found from the frdige, and he put on cold and told me toasting it would warm it up) I said to him he had to heat the steak first... this took another 10 mins as he then went to fetch more steak (even though I insisted he use the steak already on the roll and heat that), but no he had to fetch more from the fridge which again couldn't be found ... this ordeal was killing me I wasn't even at the salad section yet!!! To top it off he placed the meat on so slow I thought he maybe had some dysfunction of the arm.
However I wasn't sure if I was completely mad with this young man as he obviously had no training (or very little) and no support! The worker beside him offered no help what so ever, just ignored him struggling, there was a girl out the back who offered no support or help either. Oh and he didn't know how to work the register ha, The other customers passing me were dismayed and pointing at the sign to me on the cookie window which said "rate my store". And I'll add i had a similar experience with another guy a month or so earlier who was painfully slow and not sure of what he was doing at the same store!!!
So to sum it up, New workers No Clue, No Help or support from their peers, no...
Read moreI walked into an empty subway today. No one was there. While I was waiting for someone to appear I noticed there were flies EVERYWHERE. In the oven, on the bread, on the meat, and on the veggies. It looked as though the bin hadn't been emptied and they just spawned like crazy. The fly guards were up and the oven doors were open.
The manager eventually appeared. I explained nicely to her that there were flies everywhere and that I even shut the fly guard for her. The first thing she said to me after I said that was: "What can I get you?" Are you just going to ignore what I just said? "No. I'm going to go to the back and make your sandwich."
Okay. Rude I thought. So I ordered and ate my food. While I was eating my probably fly riddled food she continued to serve a large line of people behind me with the fly-food. Wow... I'm not asking for much here. Just shut the fly-guards.
Funny how one rude experience like this will make you never want to return. For the record the manager whose name I didn't get, was short, blonde, and a little on the chubby...
Read moreThis is my local subway and love love love the young man who works here. He knows his products, remembers peoples orders and is always friendly. BUT there is a server here and her name is Hannah. And sorry to name and shame you but your service is horrible. I have a lot of patients for people in the hospitality industry. I really do. But servals time now you never put the ingredients on well, you don’t know what’s on goes on the subs, even when I help u and you always over charge. Even when someone else helps you at the till you still manage to over charge. I don’t usually leave reviews. But this has happened so many times. I really hope you get the extra training to become a great...
