Ordered food via bit.ly ahead of time, because I didn't want to stress about dinner after a being away for the weekend. I ordered my food at 6.03pm to be delivered at 7.15pm. At 6.32pm I get a call from the driver saying that no one is answering the door bell. I said your 45mins early no one is home as I'm driving. And told him I ordered it for 7.15pm you are way to early, I was annoyed, but said he could leave the food there and I can paid over the phone to the restaurant as I had opted to pay by cash. He said he would call the restaurant and to let them know and they would call me. 7.15pm came and went, 7.20pm, still no call or food. I called the restaurant and asked where is my food and she said he is out delivering and will be delivering my food soon. I asked did the food get remade and she said yes it was. (The food would be sitting around for 1 hour otherwise from when it would have been made until the time I booked it to be delivered). By 7.30pm still no food. 7.35pm he finally arrives. If I wanted it delivered at 7.30, i would have chosen that time, but I didn't as I knew I would be home just before 7pm and chose 7.15pm just to make sure I'll be home and if they were a little early. Well the food was not remade and I had to reheat it in the mircowave. Most disappointing. That would have made it almost 1 & half hours since the food was made. Not impressed. And I have ordered from the place many times over the last 2 years and it always is lovely. This is by far the most pathetic service I have ever received. Not even a apology for mixing up the times i.e. not reading the time I specifically requested and the driver being 20mins late from that time. Completely...
Read moreBeautiful food. Always keep coming back. And they remember me.. lovely. That was then, before they changed. Went there tonight, 1 February 2019, The chef is different. Eki isn't there anymore. After having to wait for so long, just for entree.. and then to watch people come in, sit down, get fed and then leave, before we even got our main, we knew something was up...and when I asked how long we would have to wait the young fellow was very apologetic and offered us free ice cream. I DIDN'T GO THERE FOR FREE ICE CREAM .They are very busy and because of that, their quality has REALLY SLIPPED. The food was very low quality. Not even any CORIANDER! What kind of Thai restaurant doesn't have coriander?!? We know the difference. This new chef just threw the flood on the plate and garnished with PARSLEY..The sauce for the spring rolls was OUT OF A BOTTLE. NOT the special sauce they used to make with honey. The wait for it certainly wasnt worth it. Such a shame . IT WAS THE BEST AROUND. We...

To my opinion, this is one of the best Thai restaurants in Brisbane. I have dined at a few very famous / highly rated Thai restaurants in Fortitude Valley and West End. To compare food quality and value for money, this restaurant offers delicious food, and consistent quality everytime we visit. Our favourite is Thai Fried Rice and Pad Thai. We also enjoy a glass of in house Lemon, Limes, Bitters. It’s simply some of the best you can find in Brisbane. The restaurant is run by a Thai family and is a small local business. If you ever come to Redlands, I’d highly recommend you dine in. Make sure you call them to book in if possible, as they only open limited hours, and can get very busy / fully booked at times or over weekends. I hope you enjoy the food here as...
