Awesome little local venue with friendly local service and great food. We were offered water and well informed about a drink we inquired about on tap.

We shared a few selections from the entree menu with some wine that hit the spot.

We had the Calamari, which was full of flavour alone, and the aioli sauce made it even better. The Arancini Balls were also flavoursome and possibly one of the best I've tasted in the past two years. The Chilli and Garlic Prawns was also nice with the toasted dipping bread. However, the oil would have benefited from additional garlic flavouring and a little salt while sizzling the prawns to serve the dipping oil a little hotter.

Commendations to the Chef/s for cooking up a few fine dishes under the humid hot conditions on a Saturday night, one can only imagine and appreciate the heat in your commercial kitchen through your food presented outside, congratulations to your team.

The venue has indoor and outdoor seating and offer lunch and dinner options or just a nice place to enjoy a drink (see their trading hours for specific times). We didn't book, but they can get busy on Saturday and Sunday nights, so keep that in mind.

The place looks smaller from the outside than it actually is. Inside is unique with all their decorations, plenty of beers on tap, and a small upstairs dining area. Outdoor, there is plenty of seating nearly the greenery of the side walk among the breeze.

This venue is worth paying a visit and supporting this small Cleveland business if you're visiting the area or living...

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service and food I experienced during my recent visit. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

The food I received was of shockingly poor quality, comparable to something from the Coles freezer section. When I raised this issue, I was offered a replacement; however, the replacement food was just as bad, and I ended up throwing it in the bin myself.

To make matters worse, my friend’s order was completely forgotten, and the staff showed a poor attitude when we brought this to their attention. Instead of resolving the issue promptly and courteously, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional, adding further frustration to an already disappointing experience.

This level of service and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expect far better from your establishment, both in terms of food quality and customer care.

I kindly request that you address this matter promptly by offering a resolution, such as a refund or other form of compensation, for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I strongly urge you to review your staff training, service standards, and food quality to prevent similar incidents...

I had the pleasure of dining at The Office in Cleveland last night, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding – attentive, friendly, and efficient without being overbearing. The food? Absolutely delicious!

We started with the Korean fried chicken bites, calamari, and jalapeño poppers as entrees, and each dish was packed with flavor. The chicken was crispy with just the right amount of kick, the calamari was tender and perfectly cooked, and the jalapeño poppers had a great balance of heat and creaminess.

For the main, we shared the ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE spicy beef nachos (there were four of us), and it did not disappoint! Generously topped with all the right ingredients – melted cheese, spicy beef, guacamole, and sour cream – the nachos were a feast, and we barely made it through them.

The Office is definitely a spot I'd recommend for a great meal with friends. A perfect balance of great service and food in a relaxed atmosphere....
