We have tried most Indian restaurants in Brisbane for the last 15 years. We don’t try anymore as Little Indian Palace in our view is the best. Great staff, great spot, of course superb Indian food but the staff make it such a pleasure. Our kids always grab the chips and tika entree to share. Our favourite is the chicken Palak. You have to try this, it’s honestly the best . Thanks Karina, and Navu for the best service. Sean, Tarm, Laura and William.

This is the best Indian food I've ever eaten. The service was amazing also. The Naan bread was filled with cheese in the middle which is my favourite. The resteraunt is huge as well which would be great for functions. I recommend the Butter chicken. Its better than a standard butter chicken and perfect even for an experienced curry fanatic like me. I warn you though, the wait on weekends can be decent cause they are quite popular.

My partner and I had the Butter Chicken and the Vegetable Dahl with chilli cheese naan, papadums and drinks. All the food was cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. They also came out within 15 minutes. Lovely atmospher and the interior is beautiful. This was my first time dining there and I was very happy. I will be back šŸ˜ thank you šŸ’–

We arrived, went to the counter to request a table for 2 and was told to pick a table outside. So we did that. There were about 5-6 tables of customers at this point with 3 floor staff.

We then waited for about 15min and no staff bothered to give us a menu. We then approached the counter to ask for a menu to which we were told they were just about to come to our table.

We then waited another 10min and requested someone to take our order including food, drinks and table water. We were told they will at least bring our water shortly.

This part is the cracker - we also had to ask for our mains.. the service is just absolutely horrendous.

Another 10min later we asked a waiter for the table water and followed up with our drinks..

We then asked again for our drinks which took a further 10mins approx to come out.

This has been a virgin experience where we had to ask for menus, table water, drinks and our mains.. just not the entree.

Some staff were nice but others were simply rude and did not care much for customers.

All in all we waited an 1hr for our mains that never came. I don't know about you but it doesn't seem they appreciate their customers or business with this level of respect to this point.

After waiting for an hour, we left and was going to pay for our drinks and entree. One of the waitresses was nice enough to not have us pay for the inconvenience..

Another 2 couples also had the same experience and waited 1hr for their food (but theirs was takeaway) which were also about to leave as we left.

If you're hungry and want some sort of service at least, then this is not the place for you.. If you want to go to a restaurant and wave down the staff to follow up everything...

Worst experience at a restaurant for a while. I ordered the Prawn Nariyal with medium chilli. First they forgot my meal. I was with a big group. They told me they could make another one in five minutes. So I waited for about 15 minutes. By this stage just about everyone had finished eating. The rice and my bread had gone cold. (The Keema naan I ordered was dry and tasteless). The waitress had brought out a Madras curry. I said that was not what I had ordered so she went back to the kitchen. I then followed her as the other waitress was talking to her in the door way and I heard her say something like " just tell her...." Like she wanted her to convince me that because it was a coconut curry, that it was the same thing as what I ordered. She even said to me "would you like to see the menu and see the ingredients." As if the fact that there was coconut in the curry would make it he same curry I ordered, as the spices are different and weren't listed anyway. I decided to eat it as it was nearly 9 pm and I was very hungry. The curry was not the same as I had had before, it was lukewarm and certainly didn't have medium chilli. It was very mild. The fact that they forgot my meal I could forgive, as everyone makes mistakes, but the fact that they weren't busy by that stage of the night and had a " couldn't care less" attitude and brought me out a lukewarm meal which wasn't even what I ordered, that is a different story. I regret paying for the meal. The experience totally ruined my night. I would have been happier getting takeaway at Macca's. I will never go back...

Appalling customer experience. order online, emailed confirmation. status changed to ready. drive 15 minutes, stand inside store ask about the pick up for my order be advised they'll check the kitchen. 10 minutes passes no one mentions the status of my order. 10 more minutes pass by a 2nd person asks, goes into the kitcen. nothing ask to cancel my order advised they'll check the kitchen - WHY?! just let me cancel my order since its now been changed to ready, 15 minute drive on top + 20 minutes so we're 50 minutes deep.

nothing. Ask the next person to cancel my order they leave. the first person who spoke to me comes back to the counter, avoids eye contact. refused to communicate to me, ignores me asking questions while looking awkward. just communicate or CANCEL MY ORDER that i've now asked 4 times to have done.

10 more minutes later food comes out. advised i should called instead of used online ordering as "We cannot change the status for online orders" well you changed it from confirmed to ready. i've spent 30 minutes in your store looking like an absolute idiot being ignored by staff. not having my order cancelled after asking 3 times.

even if it the food is good, dunno yet. i won't be coming back here. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had...
