Usually always have great service here but this morning has left me not wanting to go back. At 7:40am Saturday 5/02/22, didnāt get her name, but was the girl handing out the coffee at the last window. She gave such horrid attitude and overall rude customer service, I had asked for a grande caramel latte and they gave a sugar free caramel latte. I had told the girl at the register as they repeat the order, about the error and she let the girl at the last window know, she obviously didnāt care and handed me the coffee as soon as I arrived at the window. I asked if it was normal caramel, she said no sugar free and itās already made so canāt you just take this one, I said no as thatās not what I asked for, she then huffed off and made another not speaking and looking at her other co-worker, then handed the coffee and said āthere you go your welcomeā. The attitude and the fact that it wasnāt me who did anything wrong and got no apology from the staff makes me never want to return. Instead of just grabbing a coffee to start my day right, Iām left feeling like Iām in the wrong and Iām such an inconvenient unwelcome customer, when it was an error on their part and all that shouldāve been said was sorry or at least have been fixed without attitude. This girl should not be working in customer service, especially not the last window as any little inconvenience or stress that occurs causes her severe attitude and thatās not fair on anyone. When you pay $7+ a coffee you expect decent coffee and to have the correct weight to the coffee product you are paying for . Today my coffee was that light that it felt like someone had drink half my coffee . Around 11:30, I came to Zarraffas to get a drink when I heard the brown girl working, rudely saying āget out of my drive thruā. First of all I do not think this girl owns that drive thru and second of all, I did nothing to deserve to be spoken to like that. As an employee, that type of behaviour is unacceptable towards any customer especially when I did nothing wrong to act like this. I suggest you talk to your employee because she was very rude and I left very upset because of her.
