Ji Yun — Restaurant in Griffith City Council

The restaurant was recommended to us, but the food was average at best. Service was friendly and fast, but the restaurant itself was a bit of a dump yet clean, with a car horn sound coming from the kitchen constantly. Flavours were not there, the look of the food served to us was bellow standard, the honey chicken was over cooked and the honey sauce was not great, the beef curry was close to a Indian curry but lacked anything interesting, the only good thing was the Singapore noodles. Drove there on a Friday evening to get some take away and got there 10 to 9. Told me they were closed when opening hours stated until 12 pm!! 3 hours before they close you can’t order food. Pointed out it said 12 on the door and she said “if we were to keep the kitchen open until 12 people would be staying until 3 in the morning then”... Could’ve gone to Malcolm or 99 spices right away if they didn’t do that kind of false advertising and disappointing...

Kind staff, fast food, nothing special. General asian food, not specifically Chinese food. Its OK but the Chinese food i grew up with in Asia can't be found here or tastes different or have a different texture. Good serving size
