Terry's Pizza — Restaurant in Gunnedah

I was really disappointing coming in here. The pictures online look better then the pizzas I got. The service was super friendly and sweet ladies. When I went in there were 2 ladies behind the counter were coughing in need of water. This is new 2023 normal. Maybe they were having an off night but still at work anyway. I Bought 2 family sized bigger pizza. One bbq meat lovers and a supreme. They were bigger than domino's. Well topped with topping, but for some reason it wasn't the tastiest toppings. The bbq Meat Lovers hardly had any bbq sauce at all. The pizzas were unevenly cooked. Some of the base was burnt. See photos. The shop fit out looked lovely but still... Not impressed. I understand that to make it in the food industry, you must have creativity & a way to set yourself apart from the rest... However your food must NOT have the same traits; not the apart that my pizza became when I lifted it out of the box onto my plate, & again when raising it to my mouth. The majority of the toppings fell off & became a creative deconstructed mess, to which was akin to picking up after a toddler. The lack of flavour within was the proverbial cherry, the sauce was minimal, cheese bland & cooked too quickly, as the centre was soft & undercooked. From almost 2 years of travelling this country, this by far is the worst...

after waiting 3/4 hour for the delivery, I opened the box to find my order had been done incorrectly. so I rang them only to be told they could cook the correct one but it would take another 20-30 minutes which I decided not to go with as I didn't want to wait any longer. no offer of any discount on a further order but when starting to eat the pizza found the bottom of it was burnt, wish I could up load a...
