Domino's Pizza Gympie — Restaurant in Gympie

Hey everyone... me & my son got food poisoning from there bbq chicken meatballs. We had to go to hospital for treatment. contacted dominos to let them know. They offered me a refund on the meatballs. This seemed like an insult. They also took my complaint & said they would call back. I also commented on facebook. Brad Mccartin claims to be the boss of dominos. Brad messaged me on fb requesting for my medical report. He also mentioned that he didn't call because of my fb post stating I was getting married. Didnt seem very professional. I checked his fb figured he seems to works there. I sent my medical report stating food poisoning to an email that he provided. I didn't receive a thanks for going outta my way to get the medical report or really sorry this happened... It happened two days before my wedding. I had really bad bruising from receiving the needles at hospital reflecting in my wedding photo's. weeks later still...

12 Jan 2024 @ 5.15 pm. Worst pizza ever and manager blocked my phone #, i called again twice at 5.22pm & 5.28pm but i couldn't ask for his details. I sent a piece of first pizza back with the delivery guy to see what he sent me and took pic of the exchange. Be great if you could put minus stars on Google maps because this store has majour problems. ............

I had about the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat delivered on the 3rd Feb 2023 (receipt attached) Shawn the driver was not given the EFTPOS machine so I also had to supply my credit card details with security number. He was fabulous but should look for a better company to work for. I could not remove the pizza from the box as it was welded to it, there was almost nothing on the so called Supreme pizza which tasted like a mouth full of salt! I ordered for my mum today BBQ Meat Lovers Family Pizza Plus Garlic and Cheese Scrolls

The scrolls were undercooked and doughy

The Pizza though it looked delicious, it was smothered in BBQ sauce to the point it was dripping off the pizza onto our hands and cloths. It was all you could taste, you couldn't differentiate between the meats as they all tasted like the sauce.

First time ever I have had a bad pizza from Domino's and to pay for delivery on top of that , unbelievable.

I will say our delivery person was wonderful, extremely polite and cheerful. That was the only good thing to come out of this experience.

Mum and I don't order pizzas often, the expense. We have them delivered due to the fact that we are medically unfit to drive.
