Little koi — Restaurant in Hamilton

Travelling through Hamilton we were excited to find this lovely looking cafe with vegan and gluten free options. We ordered smashed avo on gf toast, a wellness bowl and 2 oat lattes take away. The coffees arrived promptly, however 25 minutes later still no food. I asked how much longer and was told 2 minutes- 5 minutes later I requested a refund. Tried to order eggs benny with smoked salmon and they were out of smoked salmon. Then the food took forever to arrive, was around 40mins, and when they served the chilli scramble they told me the kimchi was out? Didn't even ask before serving and didn't even to offer any alternatives. We are three couples who called in for brunch without booking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, putting tables together to accommodate us.
