Kings Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Hamilton

I wish I could give this shop a zero but I cant.The worst customer service you would expect.Placed an order and paid for it a week ago and was told to come at a certain time to pick it up.Arrived on time to pick up my order but was told to stand up in que with customers who havent paid or ordered although my order should have been ready.When questioned the manager with the decision to place me in the que ; the manager started fabricating excuses.And just after loosing my temper started to appologise as they were short staffed and its easier for them to throw everyone in the que without listening to them.Dont waste your time there are several other bakeries in hamilton without...

A busy bakery on an incredibly busy road, was hard to find a park.

Was maybe three or four people in front of us ordering and about the same behind us, they all got served and trundled out one by one while we waited around 25mins for "blt" foccacia that was 99% bread and 1% filling, no butter, like one leaf of lettuce, the thinnest single shaving of ham? and one thin slice of tomato, if the filling got any thinner it'd be a sheet of yellow page paper.

Another disappointing bakery I won't be...

Food was great, our group tried a muffin, meat pie and Berry scroll with coffees. All items were fresh and tasty. A bit of confusion at distribution desk so had to wait a while for our last coffee.
