Crust Pizza Kingston TAS — Restaurant in Hobart

EDIT DEC 2023: Crust is now under new ownership and the new owners are much friendlier with a desire to make customers happy. We tried their new ribs (available on UberEats under Rack Em Bones BBQ Ribs) and the food was good.

Crust's website accepted an order from me at 12pm today, their door, website and Google opening hours all said they open at 12pm.

When I went to pick it up, nobody was there, and the store was closed. They called me 5 hours later where they didn't seem to know what was going on (did they not realise they forgot to open today?).

I tried to explain to them what I'm after, and they couldn't understand.. finally they told me that they'll call me later tomight after their busy period.

My first experience with Crust Pizza Kingston was awful. I arrived home after a tiring day at work and I didn’t feel like doing any cooking, so I made my order at around 5:30pm, and received an email that my order would be ready for delivery in 30 minutes. My house was 500m away from the store. I waited til 6:30pm, called the store and to be told that my order wasn’t even being cooked yet and i would have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour. So i told the lady on the phone that i would like to cancel my order. She agreed and said to do the refund after work on Sunday night. Such a bad day. It’s now Thursday night and i decided to bring this up as I haven’t yet received my refund. Worst experience...

Had a really good experience here at Crust, my usual destination PEP pizza was closed so we gave Crust a go! Can now confirm Crust is definitely our go to pizza place in Kingston! The pizzas where delicious and we’ll priced! We had the Hawaiian, BBQ chicken and the garlic prawn and all of them tasted fresh and where loaded with flavour! Not to mention the pizzas didn’t take long at all to make but the staff working where extremely friendly topping off a great experience! We will be returning again shortly ! It’s a 5/5...
