I ventured here tonight (Oct 30th 2024. I was expecting high quality food at great prices and what we received. My friend had sweet & sour chicken with rice & I had the home made spicy beef stir-fry. The food was fresh, with vibrant colour & texture. It was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and the sign of a good Asian restaurant - Asian patrons - was a hallmark of this place. There was no need to book but we were fortunate - I think all other tables were full . Highly recommended - please give this place a try - you won't be disappointed. 😊

This restaurant pleasantly surprised me! As someone who grew up in Xinjiang, China, the Xinjiang-style noodles here remind me of my hometown. The place is incredibly clean and tidy, and the owner must truly love what they do. I can’t wait to visit again!

I am very pleased with the service and menu options. After living in China for a few years, it's nice to find a place here that does actual Chinese food and where the flavours are as they should be. The staff were attentive, accommodating and friendly.

Just had a simple lunch there, and it was simply good. Got a medium portion of beef brisket and a generous serving of fried rice. All for $16.80. Both were well cooked, speaking as an Asian eater who knows Asian food. Honestly, it’s been tough finding a good East Asian restaurant in Kingston for a while. The last decent Chinese restaurant closed a year ago. And there’s only a fake Japanese place left and I wouldn’t visit again. Glad to have finally found something worthwhile....

I don't normally leave reviews but was so disappointed in our meal after reading lots of 5 star reviews so here goes. We shared our meal and my partner ordered the 6-hrs slow cooked beef brisket which was tough and inedible. I ordered the kung pao chicken which was rather sickly sweet and had no chilli or spiciness to the flavour at all. The best part of the meal was the spring rolls. I'd been so looking forward to trying this...
