This review is slightly different than my usual due to the fact I went there a couple of weeks ago. Something prompted me to delay.....read on! So I went there to grab some lunch having seen their weekly specials sign soooo many times. I ordered the Honey Garlic Chicken which came with rice and a can of soft drink. This was great value and excellent quality for a meal just under $13. You could never get this much food at any of the major chain takeaways. While I was eating it at work my fellow co-workers spotted it and were impressed with the amount of food you got for the price. I suggested we should go here for our group lunch we do from time to time. So yesterday was the day we did this. This week's specials were Sweet & Sour Chicken or Garlic Chicken. All up there were 10 orders split evenly. Not one them was disappointed in the food and all felt full after finishing. To top things off they even gave us a couple of bags of crispy noodles and rice crackers. Absolutely great value. They were very obliging and offered us great service. So not only one thumbs up but 10 altogether. Apart from there weekly specials they have a variety of dishes and meal deals, all reasonably priced. Seriously, if you're looking for great value try them out.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I opted for a main sized duck stir fry with veg to eat in (no rice) and also a combination omelette takeaway with rice. Holy moley, both dishes were delicious. I've been to other places and ordered duck stir fry or soups and I've been disappointed . My generous duck pieces at Minngor were succulent, juicey and flavourtown. I also tried my sister's Mongolian lamb, so tasty. As a bonus treat, you also score a bonus canned drink per meal!

Don’t judge this place by its looks, the food is absolutely top-notch and seriously authentic. Proper old-school Chinese! The restaurant’s small but spotlessly clean, and for a place like this, the service is honestly really good. A clean kitchen, an older, experienced chef, and a quick, friendly server, all the signs you’re in the right spot for a great feed! Plus, the prices are super affordable, great value for money!

Inexpensive, fresh quality ingredients, generous portions, rice that's cooked just right, Minggor takes the traditional Anglo-Chinese takeaway food menu and upgrades it to a discount priced, fine eating experience for the discerning palate of the 21st century foodie.

You'll not find overly battered chunks of pea sized meat here nor gluggy clumps of rice. Every little detail has been concentrated upon, including even the high quality, snap lidded, stylish take-away bowls. They even generously include a selection from their drinks fridge with every meal at no extra charge.

Well worth the distance needed to travel to acquire their fare. I bought ours to serve as an afternoon snack for my son and I after school, but I don't think were going to need dinner after this, so filling were these value for money meals. Well...
