Today I went there, and it was really quiet. Even though it was dinner time, there was only one table occupied.

When I was ordering, I saw that they had printed menus at the front counter, but when I asked for one, the waitress refused and insisted that I scan the QR code on the table to order. I found this unreasonable. If they already have paper menus, using the QR code should be an option, not a requirement. What about elderly customers or people who don’t use smartphones? Would they just be unable to order?

Also, on Tuesdays, there’s a special deal—12 chicken wings for $18—but there were no signs about it in the store. When I ordered 18 wings, I ended up paying $12 more because I didn’t know about the deal, and the waitress didn’t mention it.

A kind server wouldn’t just watch customers spend $12 extra on a non-discounted option when there’s a much better deal available. It felt like she deliberately hid the special deal so customers would unknowingly pay more. That’s really dishonest and unfair. And the worst part? I only found out after paying.

Imagine if you were the server, and a customer unknowingly ordered 18 wings for $30 instead of getting 12 wings for $18, would you really not say anything? That’s just unethical and frustrating.

On top of that, the restaurant was already very empty, and their projector was broken, so there were no videos on the wall, making the place feel even colder and less lively.

To be fair, the wings were pretty good. But adding cheese flavor cost an extra $8, and paying $38 for 18 wings felt really overpriced.

They charge a 2% service fee for card payments, and I’m not sure if that’s reasonable. I paid in cash, but when I asked the waitress for a receipt, she only gave me a printed slipAs shown in the picture belowThis receipt is missing the total price, business name, ABN, GST info, and so on it's unacceptable and doesn’t follow the rules under Australian consumer law.

This is just my honest experience, no subjective opinions added—everyone can judge for themselves. But as for me, I won’t...

As you asked me honest feedback on food and service, I am re-writing review here by my another ID. Myself and my friend ended up with being horribly sick by having Rose spicy rice cake we've ordered last night. That literally didn't seem nor taste fresh ..rarely cooked sweet potato noodles.. rather looked like army stew mixed of left over this and that. Aside from being ignored when I requested for utensils cause we are staying hotel, as a Korean I can surely tell the food is far below average. On top of that, actually your arrogant attitude to deal with customer's feedback makes me even more sick. If you believe that you could look better by being sarcastic whenever people gave you an honest opinion, you'd better close down your business. Also if you wanted to mislead by saying I always give harsh 1 rate, you were supposed to go visit my account again before leaving long line of text essay bu** to my initial comment there, you will see how much I gave good feedback to decent hard working owners in Syd. Real shame on you...

Revising my comment as you still don't get the point and... keep misleading. Having multiple accounts and leaving feedback doesn't really change the fact your food wasn't right and I am not lying. based on what you are believing my argument is flawed your argument is correct? I also raised this matter to google as well happy to know you did same thing..and I will also lodge this case to Counsel of Tasmania. You better keep all logs especially how you maintained all the food material they the complied with food safety. looking forward to hearing back from my lodge to food safety Tasmania as well. Just cannot believe.. how you deal with customer's pain points just wow... cannot...

5 stars for excellent chicken and friendly service!! Definitely bring your friends here, I highly recommend the garlic soy chicken & hot&spicy chicken - very juicy, tender and perfectly cooked, with excellent crispy batter. Great soju at reasonable prices, the beer tower is a bit expensive at $55 for 3L of Sapporo but we still bought it & enjoyed it, so no real complaints there either!

So why 3 stars? I couldn’t see the menu online, and so didn’t know that there were no vegetarian options beyond kimchi fries, and no vegan options. It’s also very hard to get in contact with the business, with no option to book online, nobody answering the phones before opening... I had a group of 9 people (with 4 vegetarians!), so it was a bit stressful because I knew it would be best to book. These are both easily remedied by adding a booking option on their website, and popping up a PDF of the menu. I would also recommend to the business owner that they look into providing some vego options, like a tofu bibimbap or bulgogi! With these 3 things fixed, they will happily get 5...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Korean chicken place, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish! First off, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The decor had a modern yet cozy feel, making it a great place to hang out with friends or family. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the chicken! Oh my goodness, it was out of this world. The crispy, flavorful coating was the perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, and the chicken itself was incredibly tender and juicy. It's safe to say this place has mastered the art of frying chicken to perfection. The service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to provide recommendations. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this Korean chicken place has won me over with its amazing food, inviting ambiance, and excellent service. If you're a fan of fried chicken, this is an absolute must-visit. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!

I haven't even finished my meal while starting to write this. They're so concerned with washing up, it ruins the experience. We ordered a mixed BBQ and chicken wings. Mixed BBQ: they expect you to cook your meat on low and on baking paper, so not only can you not get a chargrill, it also takes forever and is super wasteful. Ontop of that, they changed our baking paper 3 times before we finished and that got rid of all the flavour we'd incorporated with garlic and chilli at the start. The meat itself was also lacking flavour by the time we got to eating it. The beef was the best as it was the first thing we cooked so we got the onion, garlic and chilli flavour in it. Chicken wings: they were delicious but the bowl we were to put bones in came in a freezer bag to avoid washing up. Again very wasteful and bad for the environment.
