I'm also, responding to the one star review about the toasted TOMATO sandwich. As someone that works in hospitality I can totally understand why you received "attitude" if that was actually the case. You yourselves were incredibly rude and I also overheard your crude and mildly racist remarks. You also remarked on the integrity of the owner who you hoped "didn't spit in this". Sarah is an exceptionally generous human who runs a fantastic business. I apologise for those of us who are not perfect and cannot live up to your lofty standards. The service was second to none. This is the second time I’ve been to this cafe on my drive between Sydney and Melbourne. The first time was on a weekend, and it was super busy but still maintained its high standards of quality food and service with little to. No wait time. paragraph this time I dropped in on a Monday and it was significantly quieter, but nothing had changed regarding the service-still fantastic.

The space is large, light filled, with a great modern but rustic fit out and there are lots of seating options inside and out (front and back). We were a party of 2 adults with a 4 month old and everyone was really friendly and welcoming, the coffee was great, and I had a halloumi salad which was huge, full of flavour and very good value! Facilities were clean and fresh and great baby change too… if you’re also travelling with a little one this is a great place to shelter from the weather, treat mum and dad and change bub giving them a break...
