Came out for a family dinner on holidays. No welcome to the establishment to begin with. Family of 10 including a wheelchair. We were told to help ourselves to seating. Every table available on the ground floor (the only wheelchair friendly space) was reserved for 7pm. We arrived at 5:45 and told to sit anywhere so long as we are out before 7pm. No problem, we order our food and have it delivered half an hour later. Due to our large family and wheelchair we pulled 2 tables together to fit everyone, which we had asked before doing so and a young female worker said there was no reason why we couldn’t. Two other staff begin to speak loudly that we have pulled the wrong table over and told we couldn’t do that as someone had booked to sit there. This is not true so I stated we asked another wait staff and told it was fine. The female staff member of the two then began arguing back at me stating she said we couldn’t take those tables, when I never spoke with her. The complete unprofessionalism from communication to customer service is appalling, I have worked in customer service for 10 years and find this...

The food remains good overall, but the value has significantly diminished. For instance, dishes that are supposed to come with vegetables seem to barely include more than a few tiny carrot sprinkles, which feels underwhelming for the price.
Additionally, the level of customer service has noticeably declined. What used to be a warm, inviting experience now feels somewhat indifferent. While I still enjoy visiting Clancy's for its long-standing charm, it's hard to ignore that the quality you get for what you pay is not what...
Read moreBad food for what you pay. Service is not the best as well. I took my own plates to some bench top close to our table. I made eye contact with a couple of workers and non of them helped. Ani ways, we ordered dessert. A blueberry and almond tart that was pretty not nicely made. You could tell it wasn’t baked there and very cheap quality. With a tiny scoop of also cheap plane ice cream already melting because the plate was hot and the sweetest strawberry sirup also very cheap quality stuff. And a mars bar cheesecake that tasted like the ones at woolies. Nothing wrong with it, just that you pay to get a nicely made dessert and you get pretty flat cheap...
