Chaffic Karrinyup — Restaurant in Karrinyup

We went to Karrinyup for a random day out. Was originally going to get a bubble tea but then I saw that Bingsu was available and it was a hot day. Perfect or so I thought. So I ordered a Strawberry Bingsu. We waited and waited, waited more. It looked like it was almost ready so we waited. Then they presented us with a Mango Bingsu. We showed them the slip and asked them if the mango bingsu looked like strawberry. The girl who made it looked blankly, said nothing and walked off. The guy at least said sorry. So more waiting. I watched her make the bingsu and boy was it painful! She took forever. She already made the wrong one and still took her sweet time with no consideration for us! While waiting, i watched them enjoy the mango bingsu which they incorrectly made for us. When she was finally done, I asked her how she could get the order so wrong! Pink vs orange?? She once again just looked so clueless. The least she could do was apologise but she didn't. The guy took one for the team apologised again and kindly offered a full refund. Not sure if the transaction has been reversed yet but eitherway it was a waste of time! It was around a 25 minute wait for a single bowl of bingsu! Ridiculous! We went to chaffic karryniup and they were running a promotion for an app hungry panda we are there to order our drinks but staff members asked if we are interested in free drinks and we said yes and I ordered mango and coconut and waited for almost 50 mins and every one after me who came and ordered got the drinks and one of the staff goes like sorry buddy your waiting for and your order number and she took down in the order note from my order and I got the drinks after another 7 mins and I told them clearly less ice and no sugar and added popping balls but the drink was sweet and I could taste any flavour which I usually get it it was full of ice and I threw like 70 percent of the drink and so many orders are messed up and I don’t wanna blame staff here because they are so busy and couldn’t handle the amount of order they got and only 2 people serving more than 50/60 people in span of 20 - 30 mins is really hard so at the end of the day I got my drink wrost now am hesitate to order the...

I can’t believe that when your birthday falls on a public holiday and the store is closed, you can’t claim your free birthday drink the next day. Instead, they expect you to go to Vic Park/Northbridge???

Walking/public transport is the only way I am able to get to places. I live walking distance to Karrinyup SC. It takes me less than 5 minutes. However, to get to Northbridge Chaffic, it takes me over 45 minutes. Vic Park Chaffic? 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then, 1 hour and 10 minutes back home. Isn’t this absurd? Further, I must go to a place I am unfamiliar with and I must pay for the transport ($4.9 for 2 zones which means I am losing money). I am livid.

How is this reasonable? It is YOUR fault you decided to close on a public holiday. NOT MY fault. This means that YOU must come up with a reasonable solution.
