Bad customer service - I order Chat time from multiple locations for myself and my children multiple times a week - and have done so at this store many many times.

I always ask for no sugar and half the amount of flavour syrup as I cannot stomach anything too sweet. It has never been an issue for the 100s of times I've ordered before only to be told today by a staff member (who I assume is the Owner as she stated she is part of operations), that they can't adjust their recipe.

I'm not asking for an adjusted recipe, I'm not asking for mixed flavours or anything not on the menu. If anything I'm actually asking you to use less product. I'm paying for my drink, and the same way people order coffee to their preference, I should be able to ask for my Tea to be made the way I like it.

It felt like the owner was being passive aggressive over a very simple request which I will add, I have always asked for very politely. If this happens again at this store, I'll simply walk over to the food court and order my drinks from...

Ordered the taro and it was way overly grainy... About 1.5 centimeters of grainy consistency (of a regular sized drink) at the bottom but found in every sip. Workers said it was meant to be a little bit. But after considering my daughter's initial response and mine to having a sip, we asked if they could change it since it was not enjoyable to drink. Thankfully they agreed although with a little hesitancy.

Hopefully Chatime changes their recipe cuz Presotea and Utopia are much better. However, their milky mango w/ popping pearls is pretty stinkin...

This franchise has been growing steadily in Perth and Australia in the last decade and I wish to see further growth in the future. Unfortunately lack of training in staffs can hamper the growth of any franchises. No one else but us, we ordered 4 different flavoured teas. 3 staff on and it took 17 minutes to complete our order. All 4 different tea we ordered lack taste. Simply tasted like diluted milk in ice water. Very disappointing! More training and less chit...
