Great vibe to hang out.

Unfortunately, service was sub par. This was noted when we entered and could not find a sign "Wait at the entrance for a table". So we went in to ask the male manager if the cafe was full but was ignored. We understood the cafe was busy so we tried asking him again as he came around and he gestured with a wave. We eventually went back to the entrance and shortly afterwards, noticed an empty table and sat. However, he came to inform me that the table was reserved. There were no reserved signs so we were misled. We waited again. We eventually found a table and sat. We also noticed other customers sitting at the reserved table and were informed the same. Eventually they wrote a reservation on a piece of paper to put it on the table. Given the busyness on a Sunday morning, the efficiency could be enhanced by clearer directions and more welcoming service.

Hopefully, this will be better...

This venue, looks great, the playground next door is an added bonus! We were able to grab a seat with ease, however you did need to go to the counter for service as no service at the table (well at least for us). Ordering was a simple process and having access to water station rather than waiting for the waitress is great. Meal unfortunately was cold (scrambled eggs with bacon added) and Chai was also cold, this is an area that definitely needs improving, however both were still nice. It is possible that maybe they were sitting on the counter for too long before being delivered to us. Customer service when we asked for cutlery was poor, the young girl advised she would go and get us some, waiting almost 7 minutes, we went and got it ourselves. Def room for improvement but hasn't detoured us, we hope to return another time and hope these little issues...

Staff are friendly here and the place has a lovely vibe and atmosphere with a neighbouring playground for children. Dined here in the past with issues but management was very efficient to address the issue and really values their service and quality with follow up to staff training. On the return visit, definitely have improved. The cafe was a full house but wait time for a table, ordering, and for order to arrive at the table was still acceptable. Prawn and chorizo linguini was delicious with great flavour and scrambled egg for little egg with sourdough was cooked to the right texture. Portion size however, was a slight let down given the prices. Coffee was excellent in flavour except the temperature was just lukewarm by the time it was served which is a let down for good tasting coffee. Overall had an enjoyable experience and still...
