Very inconsistent with food some days great other days very Average I tend to go to Armadale which lately has been really bad also down there.Night time food can be real bad some nights.Went in today bfast sunday 6.15 am two bacon and egg mcmuffins two hash browns hash browns stale sat way to long tough dried out mcmuffins bacon stale very like cardboard muffin sat to long stale as.Ive been a chef for 30 yrs some of the worst food ive ever had.Night bfast crew seem to want to give you dried leftovers early morning's especially weekends Armadale store even worse last two yrs for standard of food.Never seems to improve at kelmscott pretty sad you cant go to kelmscott or Armadale and get consistent good FRESH FOOD. WHEN YOU LET KIDS RUN THE SHOW AND MANAGERS DONT FOLLOW UP ON FOOD ROTATION AND CHECKING FRESHNESS OF FOOD YOUR GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND INCONSISTENT FOOD.WHEN YOU SPEND $25 ON FOOD YOU EXPECT IT TO BE GOOD AND FRESH GUESS NOT AT KELMSCOTT OR ARMADALE MCDONALDS THESE STORES NEEDS A LOT OF WORK AND NEW MANAGEMENT BECAUSE YOUNG KIDS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW AND TURNING OUT CRAP FOOD. Read moreJust had the worst McDonalds experience ever. Was told I was being rude because I was complaining about the poor service and wait time. It took 25minutes to get our food (3 minutes to home if that). Was left waiting at the box before we were served(they apologised for the wait), moved forward to the delivery window where we were handed our drinks, a minute or two later we were asked to park as they were waiting on fresh fries, so I did. There was a car parked next to us where the occupants had vacated their car and smoked a cigarette in the time that they had waited before their food arrived. Another car and 2 Uber drivers had arrived and left and we were still waiting(remember the whole process took 22minutes for a burger box). By this stage I had now been waiting 20 minutes and entered the store to ask why I had waited so long for fries to cook(I could have made home cooked fries in this time including peeling the potatoes). As I entered I noticed the manager placing fries in the bag and asked if they were ours and if the burgers weee also fresh now due to having waited so long, I was advised they were and had just been made, at that I left with my food in hand. I returned home to cold food(all except the nuggets, which usually go to my dogs). The manager said I was being rude when I called to inform her that in fact the food she had told me was fresh was not at all, I was told I needed to consider the other things they needed to do and I was not their only priority(or at all it would seem). On several occasions I have had similar experiences where instead of accepting accountability and attempting to fix their poor service and food preparation they instead try and put the blame on the customer.
