McDonald's — Restaurant in Kelmscott

Very inconsistent with food some days great other days very Average I tend to go to Armadale which lately has been really bad also down there.Night time food can be real bad some nights.Went in today bfast sunday 6.15 am two bacon and egg mcmuffins two hash browns hash browns stale sat way to long tough dried out mcmuffins bacon stale very like cardboard muffin sat to long stale as.Ive been a chef for 30 yrs some of the worst food ive ever had.Night bfast crew seem to want to give you dried leftovers early morning's especially weekends Armadale store even worse last two yrs for standard of food.Never seems to improve at kelmscott pretty sad you cant go to kelmscott or Armadale and get consistent good FRESH FOOD. WHEN YOU LET KIDS RUN THE SHOW AND MANAGERS DONT FOLLOW UP ON FOOD ROTATION AND CHECKING FRESHNESS OF FOOD YOUR GOING TO HAVE PROBLEMS AND INCONSISTENT FOOD.WHEN YOU SPEND $25 ON FOOD YOU EXPECT IT TO BE GOOD AND FRESH GUESS NOT AT KELMSCOTT OR ARMADALE MCDONALDS THESE STORES NEEDS A LOT OF WORK AND NEW MANAGEMENT BECAUSE YOUNG KIDS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW AND TURNING OUT CRAP FOOD. FRANCHISEES NEED TO CHECK OUT THERE KELMSCOTT AND ARMADALE STORES I WOULD RATE FOOD AGAIN THIS MORNING 0.5 OUT OF 10 EVERYTIME I GO TO THESE STORES LAST 8 TIME FOOD IS BAD STALE AND LIKE RUBBER.MANAGERS ON NIGHTS AND BFAST DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT SELLING CRAPPY FOOD.YOU WANT TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUT GOING TO KELMSCOTT AND ARMADALE GETTING FRSH FOOD THAT'S GOOD ONLY TWICE IN 8 VISITS TELLS YOU THERE IS A FOOD QUALITY ISSUE AND MANAGEMENT NOT DOING QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS AT KELMSCOTT AND ARMADALE STORES.IF YOUR SHELLING OUT $40 BUCKS FOR FOOD YOU DONT WANT STALE DRIED OUT MUFFIN OR BACON THATS SAT TO LONG DRIED OUT LIKE RUBBER OR HASH BROWNS OVER FRIED WITH A TRUCK LOAD OF SALT ON.MANAGER'S CHECK YOUR FOOD HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SITTING DONT PUT OUT FOOD YOU WOULDNT EAT YOURSELF.Just had another visit today chips stale coffee cold not even hot.THIS STORE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK.QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND ROTATION OF FOOD NEEDS 100...

Just had the worst McDonalds experience ever. Was told I was being rude because I was complaining about the poor service and wait time. It took 25minutes to get our food (3 minutes to home if that). Was left waiting at the box before we were served(they apologised for the wait), moved forward to the delivery window where we were handed our drinks, a minute or two later we were asked to park as they were waiting on fresh fries, so I did. There was a car parked next to us where the occupants had vacated their car and smoked a cigarette in the time that they had waited before their food arrived. Another car and 2 Uber drivers had arrived and left and we were still waiting(remember the whole process took 22minutes for a burger box). By this stage I had now been waiting 20 minutes and entered the store to ask why I had waited so long for fries to cook(I could have made home cooked fries in this time including peeling the potatoes). As I entered I noticed the manager placing fries in the bag and asked if they were ours and if the burgers weee also fresh now due to having waited so long, I was advised they were and had just been made, at that I left with my food in hand. I returned home to cold food(all except the nuggets, which usually go to my dogs). The manager said I was being rude when I called to inform her that in fact the food she had told me was fresh was not at all, I was told I needed to consider the other things they needed to do and I was not their only priority(or at all it would seem). On several occasions I have had similar experiences where instead of accepting accountability and attempting to fix their poor service and food preparation they instead try and put the blame on the customer.

How dare you as a representative of a once fine establishment serve the so called fast food that I've been served by this franchise ..On Tuesday the 15th of this month I asked for a big breakfast just sausage McMuffin get it home to find it's not sausage it's a form of chicken muffin..we live about 7-10mins away so I put it down to a mistake and gave them to the kids whome will eat anything. Silly me not all too worried about last time return to this so called franchise I order a big breakfast again just sausage and was asked to pls wait on 2 hash browns no bother I say..so 11 minutes later as happy people are walking out I'm still waiting, I had to go in and was asked if . Can I help you .I ask for my food looking down at at least 20 or so cooked hash browns they did not once say sorry or seem to care. As they go to pass me my crappy muffins they have put egg on both so not only a disappointing on a long wait I've received the wrong food again,the muffins I finally received were some of the worst I've ever had from your store the outer rims of both muffins were hard and stale l,I'm disgusted in the service and the food.
