Thai @ Kiama — Restaurant in Kiama

From the moment we walked in the waitress was uninviting, and the restaurant only had 2 other customers. She guided the four of us to the rear of restaurant assuming because of children 8&10 . We asked to sit in window, she never spoke so we sat down. She was rude never came to take our order. She had a sour face. By now we should have left but decided to give it a go. Another women came out of kitchen also unfriendly, she proceeded to take our order while looking away from us. I asked if she could hear what I was saying as no eye contact. When the food came out it was placed on table as though it was an effort. Food was underwhelming, no flavour. We were not spoken to apart from taking our order the whole time. Kids went to counter to ask for bill to be completely ignored. We complained about our experience while paying bill,said we were local and would never return. Terrible. I ordered main size meal at lunch for takeaway, got half way through it and noticed it had rice so was a lunch size, which didnt matter, i was annoyed i paid $17.90 for a $10.50 meal. I went back and asked difference in price back. The guy was rude and said i should have brought back before eating. I explained i didnt know there was rice until I was eating it. He walked out the back with a sour look. 2 mins later im thinking, where is this refund. A kitchen staff came out and gave me a sly smile, I asked saying i hope your not making more food, i just want money back, yes yes, organising it. Hmmm, 7 mins later, come out with more food. Are you kidding!! As if i would TOUCH what came out again when who knows what they did to it. NEVER AGAIN will i step foot in that place, id rather eat dirt. Racist staff This to the owner of the restaurant. Our family came to your restaurant at 6.00pm after 10 mins of arrival your staff named Trinity took the order very reluctantly and with a very repulsive body language. She served everyone else except us. We waited for 45 mins and we didn't get served. One of a other staff came in asked if we have ordered already? We said that Trinity has taken the order long back. When asked she was just waving her hands repulsively as if she doesn't want to deal with it and said she never took the order. The other staff was apologising for trinity's behaviour but Trinity didn't even bother to apologise. I feel there is a clear racial discrimination in your restaurant.
