Some really unique/well curated flavours with high quality ingredients. The kimchi, whiting and red emperor are my current favourites but also love many of the other choices. The sushi bar is in a quite arcade opposite the beach which was quiet and relaxing. Friendly authentic Japanese staff and delicious and fresh sushi. My kids loved their sushi and the fact there were vegan options was a bonus....
