We had sideshow when they first opened, and that was a really great experience. So we returned tonight for a special dinner (takeout). The burgers were still absolutely delicious, but the chips were underwhelming, they had next to no salt on them and were very bland. I had the sideshow burger, my husband had the Fire Eater (yes, it really is spicy, and he usually likes spice but did find this a little intense - still enjoyed but was strong). It was also a suppppper long wait. We pre-ordered online and were given a pickup time of 7:55pm, but it wasn't in fact ready until 8:20pm. Given they use an online system, it should be simple enough to enter a varied wait time if they know they are experiencing high demand. I happily would have waited at home longer and arrived for a later pickup time, but to arrive and stand around was a bit tense because many of the people picking up their late orders were pretty unhappy, there were several mistakes with orders for those dining in, so they were tense. The ambience was fantastic—warm, inviting, and perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. As for the food, everything was top-notch. The acai bowl was fresh and vibrant, packed with flavours that made every bite a treat. The bisscof thick shake was rich and indulgent, just the right balance of creamy and sweet. The sweet patato chips and waffle fires were crispy and perfectly seasoned, a great snack to pair with the meal. And the buffalo burger? It's absolutely incredible! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I left feeling completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. However I do not recall one single time they have got my order correct even when it's been as simple as 2 frozen drinks and I've repeated it and used hand gestures and everything they've still managed to get it wrong, it's outstandingly frustratingly bad , they need someone on the counter that can actually understand n push buttons instead of all the customers buttons ... I mean this has happened more than 10 times , we have now been considering not even going back only due to the service and the times we've had to drive or walk all the way back becasue they haven't got our order right .
