Avanti Coffee — Restaurant in Lara

I have gone to Avanti Coffe house a couple of times now, this morning I was served by Peter. When I say a couple of times I would say I have only been to Avanti 3 or so times, but on each of these trips my coffee has been fantastic. Especially my coffee this morning!

I do not drive so I usually walk down to Avanti and stand in the driveway. I think that a standing zone could be more clearly marked for people to know where it is safe to stand, at this point in time it is not clearly outlined. Consider, for instance, Bean Squeeze on Mercer street in Geelong. Bean Squeeze has a zebra crossing and a small patio area where the customers who walk in can stand and wait for their coffees - I would love to see something like this at Avanti, it would be a welcome addition.

The customer service is lovely, I found Peter this morning to be very polite and affable. He took the time to ask me if I work, I told Peter that I am currently unemployed but I am a student at university. I have spoken to the other girls and they are also very kind and helpful. Avanti also provides newspapers for purchase, banana bread, and energy drinks!

Overall, this is an excellent coffee house with some room for improvement. As stated, maybe Avanti could look into installing a small patio area similar to the patio area that Bean Squeeze on Mercer street in...

I am getting sick of not getting my order. Speed is no substitute for quality. As with most businesses they come out of the gate strong and over time get lazy and apathetic to the clients needs. I gave up getting my coffee here some time ago because they could not get the coffee quality consistent, at least the rail station can get my order right everytime because they listen and take the time to get it right. I am not one for slagging other companies but on this occasion, my direct complaints fell on deaf ears and I don't believe there is an owner on site so the care...

I am a regular customer and going there almost every day in Lara. There are only & only two girls that remembers my order and makes it the way I want, to which I am always very specific and explain nicely. There were more than five occasions that they totally messed up my coffee with the extra amount of caramel syrup even after being very specific about the amonut and I had to through it after only taking a sip. I have reminded them about the mistake but it seems they have no regard for feedback...
