Domino's Pizza Mowbray — Restaurant in Launceston

Ordered a cheese pizza and there were pepperoni on the pizza. I am a vegetarian since I am allergic to meat, specially when it’s beef because it’s dead serious for me. I am taking medication for my allergies and this happened. I called the store and reported this to the manager and they asked me to bring it to the store which was ridiculous, and not even a simple sorry for that. They actually ignored it also I sent an email to domino’s but no response at all. I honestly stopped buying pizza from domino’s. I am not a customer anymore. Terrible service. Ps- this note is for domino’s.com. Just don’t come here and ask to give you more details on this because I already sent you guys emails yet no response. Please don’t be a joke. They usually get your order wrong. On the upside you get a lot of free pizza because they screw up so much. Pizza is usually poor quality. Cheasy garlic bread usually has the chease next to the bread instead of on it, 8n a burnt stick of chease... But every now and then they get it right and when they do it's great. I eat a lot of pizza... A lot. And I still go to Domino's because they're probably the better ones out of the cheap pizza shops. But still don't know how they make money when they're constantly giving me free stuff because they screw up every order. Lack of communication sometimes too. Like showing up on your doorstep and saying.. Oh we ran out of the sides you ordered so we just gave you cheap garlic bread...

The pizza's have improved heaps over the time.we frequent domino's pizza often.there is one annoying factor that most week days a good deal gets sent to my phone.but its never for 2 people or less.we dont want three pizza's its to much for us.and after we have placed an order at various times it conviently has no specials with it.yet once we have ordered the next hour or so a deal has been sent to me.by then we have eaten and paid full price.I did ask is there any specials for just two people apparently its in store only at mowbray and pick up for $15 pizza garlic bread and drink good deal for 2.they should change when and how often everyone gets...
