I would give negative stars, if possible. I ordered a vegan whopper and a whopper cheese in regular meals for me, and my mother. I came home and saw one meat burger, so I picked it up for myself and thinking the second burger should be vegan so my mother took it. My mother is a Hindu Brahmin, who has not even touched eggs in her life. Because of the store’s misplacement, she ate beef. It was one bite but for someone who knows about religion, this is absolute of importance not to eat beef of all things, or have any meat products. I called the store and Danny David (team manager) said he can give me a free burger. I asked for the store managers contact details, Divendra - asked me if I have spoken to the store and I said that they’ve offered me a free burger. He said “well, what else do you want us to do?”. No apology, nothing. My mother vomited after that bite because she saw that it wasn’t vegetarian. This is not about a free burger!! It’s about being responsible and respectful to the people coming to you for a genuine matter. When I said I’ll take this matter further if it’s not dealt with adequately, he said “go for it”. Trust me, I will be taking this further. Divendra, shame on you. You being from the South Asian community, I’m truly disappointed and disgusted. Your attitude towards the whole situation, absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. Please continue driving your car and talking to others while a concerned customer is...
Read moreWhere do I begin. I went through the drive through this morning at 9:20am on the 22nd of July and had the single worst experience i have ever had in a fast food restaurant. The ordering side of things was relatively painless, I ordered a large Mega BBQ Breckie Wrap meal, WITH NO EGG, with fries and an Iced Chocolate, and a Sausage and Egg muffin on a Turkish bun with a hash brown and another Iced chocolate. 15 minutes of waiting in the drive through with no one ahead of us later, we were asked to drive to the waiting bay as the staff were waiting for eggs for my Wrap, the wrap with no egg. After correcting them that the wrap had no egg, we drove to the waiting bay and waited a further 10 minutes only for our order to arrive incorrect. We received a Mega Bbq Breckie Wrap meal with no egg, a hash brown and an iced chocolate, and a BBQ sausage and egg muffin on Turkish bread with a hash brown and an iced chocolate. I entered the restaurant to ask the staff for my missing fries to which the supervisor on shift printed out my receipt on which there was no mention of fries, despite the fact that the seemingly incompetent drive through cashier read back my order with fries. So after half an hour of waiting we drove away only to discover our meals were further incorrect with the addition of bbq sauce on the sausage and egg.
After waiting 30 minutes and spending 31 dollars i expect...
Read moreAll we wanted was a quick, easy dinner. Pop down to the drive-through 15 minutes drive there, order, and get back. We wanted two Hunger Tamer boxes with an upgraded burger as per the menu board, which was advertised as ~17.95. We paid roughly $38 at the window and got one hunger tamer bag, which was missing items. The lady serving us at the window did not understand and gave us a receipt telling us what we paid and what we got and said we needed to pay more. After a back and forth, we requested the manager who did not shine light on the situation. I then paid $4 more and got a second bag with one burger. Due to the large queue forming, we parked up and went inside to show them the mistake. After a quick check, they gave us the missing items. By that time, the food was cold, and I paid over $40 for pure disappointment. Will make a complaint to the general manager. It is not hard to follow a screen of 2 orders that are exactly the same, and try to say everything is correct until having to be...
