This place is extra ordinary I don’t even know where to begin, the store is dirty the floor is dirty needed a proper sweep and mop it’s got marks everywhere, they are now “supreme chicken” whatever that is, the old serve yourself machine is still in corner collecting dust as well as the big noodle box sign, the food has zero flavour! Literally none, the pork steamed buns are bloody awful literally just pulled out of freezer and no doubt chucked in microwave. 100% they aren’t following the noodle box franchise rules it’s seems like a ripoff. Underwhelmed.

A week ago was my first experience of noodle box. I ordered Chinese combination, it looked like I would enjoy this based on the listed ingredients (I like prawns). The missus ordered Japanese teriyaki chicken.

The Chinese Combination tasted fine but did not contain any prawns or shrimp, just a bit of chicken and very few veg.

The Japanese teriyaki chicken tasted good, but contained no chicken at all, or any protein for that matter.

I waited a week to review so that I could write a fair review free from feelings...

Today I went to your store at about 4:00pm and ordered your 9 piece crispy chicken combo in which cost me $16.95. I do not expect to get back to my boyfriends place in Rocherlea, eat two pieces of your chicken and bite into the 3rd piece only to see you didn't cook the chicken properly as it is still pink in the middle! I warn people to please check your chicken before eating it. I have been to too many restaurant's and take away stores too scared to order chicken because of this!! I will not be coming back...
