Praties — Restaurant in Launceston

ill save you alot of time and trouble, just head over to the house of spuds in invermay its worth the extra drive and is much more valueable and tasty than this garbage shop, pratties charge more than (hos) and give 2x LESS and the guy doesnt even know what bloody potatoes he is using, just says "regular potato". the ingredients used at pratties are scabby and horrible cheap nasty flavourless ones like the cheese, its stringy, tasteless and he puts a low amount on anyway and the sour cream is light sour cream, honestly a woolworths 3 dollar lasagna has more beef percentage than the whole meal, also i got nachos and the corn chips were stale i truely could not find or taste ANY beef and how hard is it to add some black beans, this shop is already so so scabby with prices and ingredients. if i could rate lower i would, im very surprised this shop is even in business still. very disappointing experience will...

Not a happy prattie , after waiting 30mins for order to be Remade due to making chicken curry instead of scallops.i order a choc thick shake which price was displayed as large $5.90 but charged $6.17due to surcharge which I do not believe is mentioned because I used my card . On my way home I took a big sip of my said thick shake to nearly choke on a Milkshake My suggestion to staff in listen to the order instead of trying to take to many orders at once .I counted seven order go after me and they all...

So went to Praties in kings-medows, who are usually awesome What a shock I got it was terrible, had my favourite curry chicken and half supreme. Curry colour was there no taste, no chicken just sauce, and the supreme had very large dry ham it was terrible, I've never had one so yuk, potato was hard, I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs, I had to wait more then 15 minutes for something that was just terrible, not worth the wait or the money, please go back to the way you guys...
