Alix was one of the nicest workers I’ve ever met in the service industry. He was definitely put under the pump!! However the other female co worker who was there was very rude, to myself and Alix, yelling at Alix saying he’s doing things wrong but then saying the way she just told him was wrong again. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be served while they were both making online orders, the lady said hi what can I get for you then walked away WHILE I was saying my order, she then went back to making the online orders!!!! Alix came over to get my order and she YELLED no get back to doing those!!! She was so rude to me and treating Alix horribly!! When I was paying there was a very long line… guess what, she yelled at him again saying she’s going on break!! While there is a rush and poor Alix has to do all the work by himself. Alix deserves all the praise! He’s doing all the work while being micro managed and yelled at by this female worker. Subway if you would like to give me your email I’d be happy to send you more information because this type of co worker is NOT ok. Whoever that lady is needs to be retrained ASAP. Be careful. They do not pay their employees. Not only the pay is one of the lowest in comparison with the rest of the other competitors around, but on top of that, they simply do not pay you. Keep you working and waiting to "sort out" your pay but simply never end up sorting it out... so do not waste your time. I had to stop my teenager daughter from working there as until this date, she never ever received 1 payment!! Yet worked for over a month.. If you were wondering why in Kings Meadows Subway employees do not stay and keep leaving? Highly likely this would be one of the main reasons. Lack of pay... Child labour, slavery has perhaps not ended...

I have decided to give this review as I've held off for some time to make sure it's accurate, I have previously ordered in person and requested to be toasted it was not has happened more than once, online and over the phone orders have been worse from missing items to uncooked meat or untoasted ,today my wife ordered over the phone she ordered 3 cookies, and 6 invh long to be toasted, not only was it not toasted again we were missing 1 cookie .
