Terrible experience. Ordered food online as a delivery order. Error message came up after payment. Called and order was read out to me correctly as I ordered it. Gave them over an hour and called to check how it was going. Was told delivery driver wasn’t on and our food had been sitting for an hour. Was not mentioned during previous phone call. When collected, it was missing the sides and the staff member argued about the order and refused to give what was missing or a refund. If I could give a worse rating I would. Save your money and literally go anywhere else, how a restaurant can have such bad service is beyond me. This is our second experience with horrible service at burrito bar lismore and we will never be back. The children working here have clearly not been trained and give the business a terrible look. Me and my partner walked in and they just stared at us rudely. My partner tonight went to pick up our dinner. As he was waiting to be served an orange haired young girl started to laugh at him continuously. He then proceeded to say “Are you going to serve me?”. She then walked AWAY laughing… whilst ANOTHER team member had the heart to serve my partner. AS the orange haired young girl continued to LAUGH at him as he was being served… this is DISGUSTING behaviour for a work place to do with customer service, we are appalled by such behaviour.
