Lanna PadThai — Restaurant in Lismore

If you are used to plush five star restaurants you will think thos is take away only. But if you dismiss this place you will miss out. The owners (staff) are friendly and attentive. The food is fresh super flavoursome. When the dishes we ordered arrived at the table, our first thoughts were that with 50% rice, we were not going to get value for our money. That may be an expectation problem (ours), or a presentation issue (theirs). However, our fears were unfounded. Our meals were perfectly balanced. Thai flavours authentic. Delicious! Portions were just right (though to keep the family together , I did have to finish my wife's plate ... I mean, you can't be wasteful, right?!)

Would we go back? Yes! Would we recommend this a great place for lunch? Yes! Did we really get value...

Service just fantastic, very friendly feel and vibe.

I only ordered a Pad Thai, its not a large portion but definately allows room for other items and if your not too hungry it hits the spot. I suspect theres no use of MSG in the foods as the flavours all tasted very natural.

Its a small place with both indoor and outdoor seating.

It is also well priced for what I have paid in other places. I am only passing through, but the locals are lucky to have this place...

What a great Restaurant turned up Sunday Night SHUT. Rang to go and get take away for 8 people on Saturday night 9/ Feb 2019 no answer, net said Not Open till Tuesday. Yes I am still loving it, I am starving but still loving it. When you decide to open again get a BLOODY Skywriter to do a message in the clouds because it is a BLOODY long way from Pineapple Road return, plus you lost over $80 worth of Business...
