Brodies Chicken & Burgers Waterford West — Restaurant in Logan City

Disgusting behaviour with staff pulling and tugging on the door while I'm on the toilet, trying to unlock it as if it licked itself.. i even tried to tell this woman i was 8n there twice and she kept pulling until she said customers arent meant to use this toilet yes I used the toilet because your staff told me too the other day because they arent rude, but one of your employees were rude enough to try telling me through the door telling me this bathroom isn't for customers, Brodies GET A TOILET FOR CUSTOMERS, OR TELL YOUR EMPLOYES TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL WHEN SPEAKING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, i won't name and shame but how can you have a sit in restraint with not customer toilet? Beyond shocked and mind blown you have no care for your customers health and well-being an the money you get from selling your food you haven't even upgraded anything only changed your name and changed it back I'm upset I'm pregnant with 2 babies and worrying this woman is going to unlock the door while I'm on the toilet, and spoke to me with a Rude tone, Will not be returning to this awful place!

Food gets thrown round and trea5ed like trash boat of Mayo in my chicken roll when I asked for a LITTLE bit extra not TOO much.... and my orders not being completed other times being forgotten and now this is...

Ordered 3 meals at 7.14pm. Missing portions from meal 1, completly missed 3rd meal and 1 missing chicken roll.Discussed with duty manager AJ...who Insisted I could BUY chips again to go with my meal...NO, my meal comes with chips.... and where is chicken roll, where is my kids tea? AJ actually suggested i could give kid my meal, and i go without, or I eat my meal and kid goes without. Disgusted with this offer by the brodies duty manager to suggest a child to go hungry. Full discussion on this being poor customer service and how Disgusted I am by his suggestion. Advised I will contact head office...at this point.AJ decided to remake our meals. Order arrived at 7.45. Went home. Counted my#2 meals chips = 15 chips. Cost $14.95 and 15 chips. Husbands meal #2 was now completly missing the chicken, so he ate chips and a pineapple ring....and the extra chicken roll.

Brodies has always been our preferred take away option when it comes to chicken and we were gutted to say the least when the Waterford West store closed, however very excited to see it reopen. Having had several meals there already, we've learned that it has lost the consistency it used to have. Some days the chips are perfect but the chicken is dry and other days the chicken is perfect but the chips are second rate. To date we have not experienced everything cooked just right like it used to be. I have been ordering the Troppo pack and it too has been inconsistent. Cooked just right some nights and one night arriving back home to discover the banana and pineapple were so overcooked it had started to burn and was not edible.
