On more than one occasion my order has been wrong.The first time my pizza quality was very poor. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again a few weeks later. This time my wings had hot sauce on them when my order stated no sauce. I decide that I'll order over the counter to ensure the order is correct next time. So then they miss a garlic bread off of my order entirely and tell me I didn't order it, after I had made sure the order was repeated to me (mind you the guy had trouble understanding English). Now I've ordered again thinking I'll give it one last hoorah. Upon delivery the driver dropped my soft drink on the floor (no biggie accidents happen, but still disappointing). Get inside and open my pizza and see it's entirely the wrong pizza. I called up the store to be told there's nothing they can do?! I kept my composure and said that I was not happy after paying $40 again for a virtually inedible meal. The manager tells me they can send another pizza over to me (I live 3 minutes away) but they've sold out of avocado. First of all, why would you not call and tell me there was no avocado when my order was sent through? The manager suggests that they send me the pizza I ordered only without the avocado. Well, no- that's the whole point of the pizza is that it's chicken, bacon and avocado. After getting off of the phone I decided to eat the garlic bread... or tried to. The whole bottom of it was so hard that I couldn't even bend it in half. Absolutely disgusting. So now I have a free pizza, drink and garlic bread to be collected on my next order, which will be the last time I make an order from this domino's.
It's very frustrating considering I moved to the area 6 months ago and now this is my closest store. The staff here need training in customer service and food safe practices asap. I am a restaurant manager myself and worked fast food for 4 years so I understand that mistakes can be made. I fully appreciate service workers and hardly ever complain or give negative feedback. But when it comes down to it, this domino's is by far the worst I have ever experienced and you should be appalled that this is the standard your customers...
Read morePlease no one order from this store again! We ordered 3 pizzas asked for 1 without olives as I am allergic, the pizza came with olives so we were nice and called the store to let them know. The manager said he would send another one, the next one he sent also had olives so we sent that one back again with the driver and called him again at this stage my family and I where very frustrated. The manager became very angry over the phone as we were trying to tell him that in our last conversation with him he told us he couldn't do anything about it when we asked for a refund. After spending 10mins on the phone to him he decided to send another pizza. This pizza was one of the ones he had previously sent with the olives picked off the top of it, you could see where the olives where, you could smell them and my husband said you could taste it all the way through the pizza. I am now thinking of taking further action as this is just not good enough especially at a time like this. I am so glad I didn't eat it as I could be in hospital now.... We have been a customer here for years but I think it's time for a new manager Shailer Park Domino's have definitely lost us as...
Read moreI rang for a delivery and wanted a THIN CRUST pizza. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to the Xtra Large size and I agreed. I was not told that they do not do thin crust in that size so when it arrived it was thick. I rang back and spoke to Sam who originally took my order and he was very apologetic. Sam was very professional and polite and it was just a matter of sending a replacement pizza HOWEVER the MANAGER treated me like I was lying. He was more concerned if I had eaten any of the pizza and wanted to know WHY I couldn’t eat the one that was sent. I explained to him that I didn’t want to eat that much bread AND that I didn’t like it. He kept asking how many slices I had eaten? I said for the third time that I had eaten 1 slice. I started to give him the same directions for the delivery as I have done numerous times when he started to question me once AGAIN. It was at this point I lost any desire to EVER use Dominos Shailer Park again and told him so. I have used this shop for about 12 years ... I will never use them again.
