Today I went through the drive through, I ordered a regular zinger combo with a raspberry freeze and a stack pack with two extra pepper mayo sliders and an additional raspberry freeze.Service at the drive through was very average, it’s seems the drive through staff have the vocabulary of a NPC from a crappy video came. The drive through staff member could only seem to be capable of saying “anything else”. Proceeded to the collection window the girl staff member pushed my food at me in a hurry and said we can only do one raspberry freeze, I then asked if I could get a large solo for my inconvenience she said no, just a can. I said ok with a shocked and inconvenienced expression.
In the picture the first few item we could access easily from the bag are clearly not up to standard and fit for human consumption.The raspberry freeze was not full. We then drove home to open the bag and discovered that my chips were almost empty and my wife’s slider looked fit for the piggery feed bucket.
This store has been getting progressively worse over the last few years. Every single time we order from here they serve slop!, I’ve finally had enough and I am sharing just one of my terrible experiences! People work hard and pay good money, they deserve good quality and not something fit for the piggery. I’ll mention your store also forgot my popcorn chicken last time and the slurpy freeze machine was broken then!
I want to note, I normally order food from KFC Jimboomba weekly, the review I have left is given to help improve unsatisfactory standards, please note I have taken all things into consideration and feel I have been merciful in my review.
I strongly recommend KFC head office take note of these reviews and put into effect some action regarding staff training, food preparation and customer service.

I got to the window to pay a the girl said what drink do you want I asked for a Pepsi the she asked if it was a boxed meal I said yes. She said oh sorry I have it as a meal not a boxed meal. But she said that she would upgrade for free I sad that’s I don’t mind paying. But when I got home I was looking forward to my large zinger cheesy stacker box meal but it only had one piece chicken on the burger not two. I rang the store and explained to them what I ordered and what I received and they looked up my order and said you got what you ordered and we upgraded you to the box mean. Well I didn’t get what I ordered because I ordered a zinger cheesy stacker box meal and got an original cheesy burger. Then the girl basically started arguing with me and talking over me. Total disrespect. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO KCF JIMBOOMBA!! I’m sorry if you get three orders of mine wrong in a row you don’t deserve my business. What are you greeted with a teenager who doesn't want to be there screaming in a high pitched mini mouse take off voice speaking so quickly you are unable to interpret what she is saying. I asked her to slow down so I could place my order and she continued with "is there anything else" before I could even place each part of my order. And you all know what that feels like. I tried coaching her to slow down and allow me to place my order. Placed order went to pay and asked why they were treating customers so poorly. Then she took her time to accept payment. Customers also have lots of experience with the public. I asked her why they were behaving so poorly her response" That's what they want us to do" Who is they. KFC you need to train your staff better. They have no idea that "no customers no job policy." Your product is rxpensive and you need to train your staff. Diversity training would be a good a start. It appears these children are working there and really don't want to be there....
