Mr Fish and Chips/Oregano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Logan City

If you are looking for an edible meal, I would avoid Wembley's Roadhouse like the plague – the photos say it all. Ordered takeaway for a family of five on a Sunday evening; 5 burgers, BBQ wings and 2 servings of chips. The burgers were TINY – barely the size of my palm. For a $14 burger, this was appalling. The "chips" (if you can even call them that) were essentially the crumbs of whatever they had left over. YES that photo below is the two packs of regular chips emptied out and uneaten – there was not a "chip" longer than 5cm. As for the BBQ wings, they were drenched in sauce. You might be thinking, "wow! that sounds great!"... NO. It was straight up Masterfoods BBQ sauce. No dimensional flavour whatsoever, overly sweet and rendered inedible.

This meal cost just under $120 and it was quite frankly the WORST BURGER JOINT I've been to.

NOTE: This is the sister restaurant of Seven Brothers Steakhouse and is under the same management. I have also had several severely below average experiences at SBS and contacted the management directly via email to address the issues over a year ago. Since rebranding the burgers have shrunk in size and has become far from what Mr Fish & Chips was. I ordered from you on Saturday 30/04/2022 at 18:00 the lady serving me was too busy chatting to her friends who came by to get fish & chips at mates rates but forgetting she had a job to do. She kept myself and other customer waiting and our orders were piling up on the counter behind her and it wasn't until I went up to ask for my order that she realised my order had been sitting there along with other orders for other customer who were waiting with me outside. This lady you have had serving that evening is the reason I will not return. An employee of yours came in after me and ordered burgers and chips this lady went over and beyond to get this employees order before all of us who were waiting I heard the gentleman say to her to serve the customers orders first but she insisted she will get his order first not knowing I could hear what...

Service was very disappointing, went in to get lunch for the family $80 worth but was no were near worth the price. Kids were running the place on a Friday lunch shift when they should have been in school, they we're highly unprofessional we could hear their private conversations in front waiting area. Training was not given im guessing because the young bloke used his bare hands to scoop the chips into the packet, no gloves nothing then wipes it on his shirt, right in front of the owner who did nothing. Food came out hot was about to get home to eat them but realised the wings we ordered were raw had to turn around and take them back to get them re made. Had to wait 45 minutes for a pack of wings by the time we got them and got home everything was cold. All in all 1.5 hours and $80 later the whole family was still disappointed.
