Dropped in for a very late pizza on the way home and was greeted by nothing but amazing service. I’ve recently found out I am gluten intolerant with coeliac disease and the young woman went above and beyond even to help me understand if there was a gluten in the sauces! They do have gluten free bases! 10 o’clock on a Saturday night I don’t expect that type of service but she went above and beyond! If Pizza management are reading this, please send my sincere thanks to her for the amazing service. She even made sure there was no cross contamination for me! I was so impressed!

To be fair, I have not had Pizza Hut for years , so maybe from all of my experience, I've somehow underrated them as they were far better value than Domino's if we were comparing 3 pizzas + 3 sides . Firat off, the restaurant location is quite old, but it was very clean and tidy . The pizza smelt great, and the crust was spot on. There were only small issues all in all, but these make a huge difference to the eating experience . The bases needed more tomatoe sauce as it was almost non-existent . The cheesy garlic bread tasted like cheesy bread and was lacking that garlic omph ! The supreme had plenty of vegetables but was lacking any meat . The menu suggested smoky honey ham, beef, italian sausage & kalamata olives . I saw and tasted ground beef, mushrooms, green capsicum, and pineapple. The spud bites were also lacking any seasoning. The bbq meatlovers were the saving grace as it had plenty of sauce and a proportionate amount of protein . So, as far as family value goes, it is 7/10 . But with the above taken into consideration, I am.being very fair, suggesting this was a 6/10 . The only other thing I could critique is the staff member was on his phone the entire time, and when it came to cutting the pizzas , not one had 8 pieces, but 7 due to very inconsistent sizes where the pizza slice was a 1/4 or 2 slices in size . All the above is just attention to detail by the operator making & cooking the pizzas .

We are regular customers and made a late (9.25pm) order for delivery tonight. When the order arrived I was asked if I knew what time the closed (apparently it's 10pm if you were wondering). I replied with no I don't and I was then asked to ensure in future I order earlier or preorder as I was inconvincing them. Apparently they had to run around and I quote "like headless chickens cleaning and also trying to ensure they made delicious, high quality food". I am attaching a photo of the apparent "high quality food" that was received for reference. A word of advice: if you don't want to be "running around like headless chooks, working until 10pm" I advise you stop accepting orders after 9.30 or adjust your opening hours on a Sunday. Your open hours are until 10pm... We also have very different definitions of "high quality food" so you might want to look into that. Needless to say you lost a regular customer.

Server female was miserable. Had some sort of cold and wouldn't smile at all. Very miserable and it was almost a inconvenience for me to order. Chips. No salt. Where's the salt is it out of stock? Vegetarian pizza with chilli flakes. Chilli flakes the server lied and said they were added. They lied and didn't put chilli flakes on it. Cheese stick side. The whole side was stacked rather then put into a bigger box so you can take out the pieces better etc and not have to separate em from the other part. Cookie. Could've done with more baking as it's quite doughy and usually when I get the cookie it's very crunchy outside and doughy inside but not to much more of a lighter side.

I ordered pizzas and wings and picked them up. Once I got home, I found one of chicken wing order was not right order. I contacted them but they do nothing about it. Don't ever bother this shop. Also I ordered two pizzas with thin and crispy dough but it was beyond crisp. Dough was hard rock and all toppings were dried and became rocks. It was even too hard to bite and chew. Don't bother this shop.

Never again. Always been a fan of Veggie sensation pizzas but tonight it was a total letdown. Ordered two pizzas on different crusts. But hardly any toppings. All I could taste was burnt cheese and tomato sauce. Whoever prepped it must be in a bad mood overworked. Completely spoiled the dinner mood tonight. May be stuck to your tried and trusted place for any future orders.
