yesterday (2/4/24) i was served by a taller man and a shorter person with green hair (sorry i don’t want to be disrespectful if you have a preference when it comes to pronouns) but unfortunately my time at the counter was probably just as stressful for me as it was the guy serving, the person with the green hair was just absolutely terrible to him talking in a condescending manner to him, i felt horrible knowing he had to work with them, he apologised to me for being slow and even explained that he was supposed to learn this ages ago, im convinced the 2nd employee (green hair) just didn’t want to do their job properly and made him do everything as i witnessed in the back as they just stood around just walked back and forth doing nothing and did nothing to help him make the food or even bag it for him. as someone who works in customer service it makes me sad to see someone like that you want to treat trainees with compassion EVERYONE HAS TO START SOMEWHERE EVERYONE HAS TO LEARN THE SAME THING (especially you green haired person you also had to do what he is doing show some compassion and respect) also the chips were inedible because the oil was so gross i had to...

Now I am STILL waiting for a call from the Manager regarding my order. I placed an online order, clicked I am here, go to counter and I find out they have NO food. This was at 3pm by the way.... I was told by some girl that they can't help me so she will get her manager to call me when the store closes.... this on Sunday 25/02 it is Wednesday 28/02 and STILL no call back. I made a complaint to head office on the Tuesday 27/02... STILL no call back/response to my email. It wasn't just a $10 order it was more than that, and I had to go elsewhere for food, so it ended up doubling what I originally ordered. I have made another complaint as I will not let Red Rooster have money for food they didn't not supply. No wonder Red Rooster are closing down all over the place. Read moreI'm not normally one to leave a bad review but I arrived at lunch time yesterday, lady at the register told us there were no rooster rolls left so I've taken not even a second to figure out what myself and my mum would want instead and she starts snapping at me and repeatedly asking me what I want while pulling a face. There was no one behind us in line. She's then just walked off for 10 minutes and come back asking us what we want, which was our receipt and the drinks she barked at us to order at lightening speed and then forgot about.
I've worked extensively in the service industry, so understand they may have been understaffed or overwhelmed, either way you give me more than half a second before you start...
