Subway Beenleigh is a reliable go-to for a quick, fresh meal. It’s located conveniently on George Street, just a short walk from the train station and main shops, which makes it ideal for commuters or anyone passing through town.
The store is clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere is relaxed, even during busy periods. The real highlight is the staff. On several visits, I’ve had friendly and helpful service—one team member in particular (I think her name was Kelly) was incredibly patient and cheerful while I was deciding what to order. It’s clear they have some regulars too, because I overheard a staff member remembering someone’s usual order—small things like that make the experience feel more personal.
Food-wise, you get the standard Subway fare, which is great if you’re after something familiar. The ingredients have always been fresh when I’ve been in, and the subs are made with care. My go-to is the Chicken Classic with honey mustard on Italian herbs & cheese—always hits the spot. I’ve also ordered delivery through Uber Eats a couple of times, and the food has arrived fresh and well-packaged.
Pricing is pretty standard for Subway, though on one visit I did notice a small difference in the price of a sub compared to another nearby Subway—nothing major, but worth mentioning. One downside I’ve had was arriving right before closing time and being turned away even though there were still people being served. It felt a bit off, but that was a one-off experience.
Overall, Subway Beenleigh is a solid choice if you’re after a fresh, customisable meal with quick and friendly service. Great for lunch on the go or a healthier fast...
Read moreArrived & there was 3 people sitting waiting, I approached the order counter and waited. 3 staff behind the counter were making orders, I presumed for the other customers waiting. I waited for approx. 5mins, no one said anything, no greeting no, "hi we will attend you shortly" nothing. Time ticked on and still nothing. after around 10mins one lady approached & said , "those people were here before you", (point at the customers sitting down). So I could only wonder how long they had been waiting without attendance as they also had not been served yet. The employee did not say hi or apologise for taking so long, nothing. So I replied to her "oh, you are serving then?" "Yes" she said. I simply replied "Sorry , it didn't look like anyone was serving", I turned and walked out. As Subway Beenleigh has no idea of Customer service here's a tip.; 1/ Greet your customers 2/ Acknowledge them and provide a status- "we will be with you shortly" etc. 3/ DONT IGNORE THEM. There was 3 staff all were making perhaps an order?? maybe.. Why not assign (2) to the bulk order and (1) person to serve walk-in orders. Hope you get it together, Unfortunately will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not...
Read moreMe & my partner came in today, my partner wanted a chicken schnitzel with fresh white bread. My partner asked for it to be toasted. The old tall bloke says apparently we can't toast fresh bread or it will go soggy and break apart? Made no sense, he than start telling us how it should be done? I think he forgot the meal was for me not him ? As I kept asking for it to be toasted he would still give us his opinion... When it wasn't needed.
my partner was getting frustrated, like how hard was it to just put it in the oven without asking too much questions ? Like was he too lazy to put it in the oven? I don't know?Rude part was ...when he puts it in the oven he rolls his eyes. So when he shuts the oven, me and my partner happily walked off and made sure we wasted his time. Use might want to reduce that waste from his pay. 9.15am might wanna check the cameras.
You should get young energetic workers who puts a smile on there face instead of questioning what the customer wants with attitude.
