Sweet Republick Browns Plains — Restaurant in Logan City

I have sent you an email but your email address does not exist! Here's the message anyway I ordered a cone of Ice Cream on Sunday afternoon which could not be supplied as you had no cones! How does an ice cream shop run out of cones!? I then decided to rather order a thick shake, honestly it was NOT worth the $8 we paid for it. I should have just made some nesquik at home. It would have been cheaper, nicer, and quicker!

Your service is incredibly slow, and while polite, just miserable. Your server did not want to be there. The people who ordered before me also came back into the store to complain, the images displayed are not what you get!

I really hope that you guys can get your act together. You have a beautiful concept and a lovely decor, but there is no vibe in your store. And if you can't get that right, at least try to give value for money...

We were so excited to come here after seeing the menu and thought it would be an amazing treat for 3 kids. However the 45 minute wait for 3 sundae’s, all which came out individually and were all melted upon serving at the table a Ridiculous!! SweetRepublick also need to get rid of the plurals on the sundae descriptions as there was one pineapple lump not lumps, one strawberry and one churro. Seriously!? One of the three sundaes had the correct ice cream flavours which Yano, one happy child at least. But come on if you’re going to take 15mins to each sundae at least make sure the order is right. With such minimal toppings put on I fail to understand why the ice cream would be melted to soup when serving!

Come for the flavour, but don’t expect anything...

Absolutely shocking, I ordered 3 churro deserts for take away & as I’m standing right in front the counter the kitchen staff decides to make the order without gloves, a man from the kitchen who made the churros after they were done he decided to carry all 6 of them out in his bare hands, he then just dropped them an left them to sit in the sugar for a good 5/10 minutes, then one of the women at the register, picked up her phone to answer a phone call, then proceeded to walk over an coat the churros with sugar. She also had no gloves on while touching the food. I seen enough by then an explained what I was watching happening right infront of me, I tried to ask for a refund a numerous amounts of times, they then tried to justify them not...
