If I could give 0 stars I would, this is the second time we have ordered from this place in 2 weeks, the first time the "chef" messed up our order by giving us Mexican Chilli Beef Fries with Pico Da Galo, when we ordered it without. They were kind enough to make this up to us and replace it next time, so decided to go back last night and get this replacement order, there was one "chef" in the kitchen last night, with 2 ladies serving out the front, both times I have been here it's like they have no idea what is going on, very inexperienced, I have worked in hospitality for a long period of my life and the first thing I thought was "Man I would love to go back there and organise this kitchen" because for a Saturday night to only have 1 person in the kitchen, how inexperienced are you as owners. Maybe someone called in sick? Maybe someone quit? So do it yourself. What is more important your reputation or your night off. Because I and many others who were there last night I can guarantee will never ever go back and may not ever go back to another Burrito Bar again. Because even though last night was a replacement order it was still wrong, she ended up giving me 2 lots of the Mexican Fries because the "chef" made the same mistake again, I literally could cook better food at home, I think anyone with taste buds would agree with me, the food is always cold, it's always late or not right, it does NOT taste good. We were greeted with a very unenthusiastic “take away or dine in.” There was no hi or how are you, the lady serving us seemed very uninterested and bored. My sister ordered a regular nachos, my dad ordered a skinny chicken salad, and I ordered a regular pork burrito. My dad asked what the difference was between a skinny chicken salad and a regular chicken salad, the lady did not know anything about the item so she had to ask the chef. She later came back and said that the Skinny chicken salad had no rice and beans so my dad decided to order that. When he received his salad, as we were told there was no rice or beans, although there was what seemed like a massive corn chip underneath his salad that we were not told about. That was not the only issue with his salad, it was an alarmingly small serving size, as was my sisters nachos. Neither of these items were worth the paid amount. Both were mediocre in taste and the serving sizes were way too small. When I ordered my burrito, I asked if it came with avocado. The lady serving us did not answer my question and went to get our order ready. When I finally received my order I noticed there was no avocado on it, and was extremely disappointed. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your Browns Plains location. As a frequent customer who often visits during lunch breaks, I have always enjoyed the convenience and offerings of your store. However, my latest experience has left me quite dissatisfied.
Today, I went to the store to take advantage of a deal that is still advertised on your website. To my surprise, I was informed by a female staff member that the deal was no longer available. This was particularly frustrating as I had successfully availed of this deal during my previous visits, and there had been no indication that it had ended.
The situation was further aggravated by the unprofessional attitude of the staff member who attended to me. Instead of offering a clear explanation or alternative solutions, I was met with a dismissive response. This level of service does not align with the standards I have come to expect from your store.
Given this experience, I am hesitant to return and am considering taking my business elsewhere. I urge you to address this issue promptly, both in terms of updating your promotional materials and improving the professionalism of your staff.
