Brekky at walk-in order at Grandma Shields Bakery: ate the (just lukewarm & bakery should have left the mushroom stems out) chunky Steak Mushroom PIE; pie pastry is not flaky: had shrunk & gone hard; definitely there's no oomph flavour-wise (supposedly had won a silver medal in The Great Aussie Pie Competition); further, focaccia bread lacks crispiness on the top & bottom crusts & lacks the sponginess & airy within that squish the avocado etc in the best way possible; the lot was not overwhelming in all respects; the strong capucchino ordered tasted average ie could have a more intense coffee flavour; outside scene of the bakery shop has noisy cockatoos hovering the outdoor tables & chairs & large umbrellas ... could pose somewhat a health issue !!!
